Heavenly Olive Oils & Vinegars

Wanted to go for refills on my Tuscan olive oil and tried some other flavors and got new information on some options I haven't had. This place is always offering a warm welcome and the staff is so knowledgeable. I'm on the email listing and get updates on the new options or the lists for the cooking nights. I'd like to go to one in the future. The oils are very heart healthy and they offer a listing of what to pair with them and how to use them. If your in the area go by there, you won't be disappointed. Always an amazing option from marinating to salad dressings even adding them to waters for flavor.

The Tuscan Herb oil and Sicilian Lemon vinegar makes a taste dressing. I have never been disappointed any the recommendations of the staff.

Came in today for the first time with my friend who has been here and we got greeted by Francesca. She was very informative as she recommended oils and balsamic vinegar that would balance each other out and tips on what to cook with them. The flavors are wonderful and ended up buying a tad bit more than what I came in for but it's worth it.

My friend and I stopped in for the first time today. We had an awesome experience! Francesca was very helpful, and recommended some great combinations! We will definitely be back!

I love this shop for the greatest olive oils and vinegars. They not only have great flavors to choose from but they have recipe suggestions AND helped my son with combinations to help aid him in his weight loss. Give this location in Lees Summit a try and take time to talk to them.

First, I'd like to kick Rachael Ray in the face for referring to Olive Oil as EVOO.This is the Guitar Center of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Lots of stuff on the walls to try, most you will never need or buy.You walk in and along the wall there is a row of olive oil containers with spickets. An isle of the same in the middle of the store full of balsamic vinegar. I was really hoping for regional European olive oils, Laudemio, Marfuga, etc... I would no longer have to drive to Leawood to buy Olive Oil. But no. Every oil here is intensely flavored with something. There's really no point to using olive oil at all. They should use vegetable oil to cut down on price. There is no way to distinguish if it's extra virgin, or cold pressed, etc...The same is true for the Balsamic. I am a Balsamic purist. I despise the cheap blends of red wine vinegar with sugar added then passed off as Balsamic on the poor, hapless, masses. I like the 16 year and older stuff, -aged until it's syrup. No quality aged Balsamic vinegar for the purist here.Don't be a food snob. I really try not to be a food snob. I tasted everything while the owners carefully watched(I sensed, desperately hoping I'd make a purchase because no one else before me had). During the uncomfortable exchange I tried to like something. They were very nice folks. All of the products were very good as long as you get out of the mindset that you are not shopping for Acetaia Malpighi of Modena. You might actually enjoy a lot of the products. I purchased the Cinnamon Pear balsamic. My favorite of the lot. It seems like a very good quality vinegar and I have found it to be excellent on a number of fish dishes.This place is highly specialized and you wonder how they can do enough business to survive. Now that I've acquired a taste for the balsamic/pear vinegar I hope they succeed and stick around for awhile.

I've never been to a store like this and I'm so glad I came In. The staff is Amazing and so knowledgeable. The oils and vinegars are delicious!! Again the staff is so freaking nice!!

I could spend hours in here mixing oils and vinegars. Blood orange balsamic and Tuscan olive oil is incredible

Loved the samples! The rows of silver cisterns greet you as you enter, and little plastic cups are available to help yourself to samples of rich olive oils and balsamic vinegars. The staff was very friendly (sometimes overly so), but they mixed several oil/vinegar mixtures for us to try along with providing us some freedom to roam around and try the different varieties. The Tuscan Blend olive oil was a favorite - has great flavor and I use it frequently as a drizzle over dishes. I also enjoyed the Tangerine along with the Cherry balsamic vinegars. Definitely a place I'll return for gifts and to restock.

I went into the store just to use a gift card that I had received. I ended up depleting the gift card and bought even more. So many interesting and tasty oils and vinegars -- it was hard to decide. The shop is clean, organized and inviting. everyone was very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend!!!
