Happy Belly Food Truck

I got the Fried Rice dish with the short ribs.  The service was normal for a food truck, brief, but friendly, and I got my food in a reasonable amount of time.  It was good temperature and the amount of food for the money is on par with other food trucks that I've eaten at.  Flavor was good with a bit of spice to it.  It was just enough to give it good flavor.  The fried egg caused the rice to be a bit too runny towards the bottom in my opinion. They had a lot of utensils, napkins, and condiments available. The truck itself was clean and welcoming with a good logo on the side. Overall it was a good experience and worth it.  I would recommend other people to keep an eye out for this food truck and give them a shot!

I'm a huge food truck fan and after seeing KC Mac and cheese on the menu, I knew what was for dinner. TBH, I was less than impressed for a little over $14. The burnt ends were very tender, but the pasta was over cooked and the cheese sauce was runny with little flavor. It also took 27 minutes to receive my single order.

At the Lenexa food truck frenzy. Got the chicken tenders (2 tenders) for my son which came with basic crinkle cut fries, got the burger for myself. Total was like 31$ food was mediocre at best. Everything was way salty, like their seasoning dispenser had a giant hole in it and was pouring instead of sprinkling. The burger was ridiculous, it seemed like before putting the bun on top of the burger they poured a load of whatever salty seasoning they were using. It was to the point where when I took a bite of the burger I could feel the crunch of the salt granules between my teeth. I feel like a huge sucker. Not cool

We used Happy Belly for a work event and it was fantastic!! AnnaMarie came well prepared and the food was absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend Happy Belly to anyone! Everyone at the party was happy with the food!! They even made us up to go orders to help us reach our minimum and I find that very honorable rather than just keep the money. Fantastic!!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! Used for a graduation party last year and it was OFF THE CHARTS AMAZING!!! Recommend to everyone! From planning to execution...it was perfect!!! I know I'm late in posting, but can't that you all enough!!!

They didn't adjust their hours to reflect the holidays. Drove 4 hours to try the food they advertised and they weren't serving food, SAD DAY

We tried Happy Belly outside the Argosy KC. The Philly Cheese Steak was delicious but very small for $11. The macaroni and cheese with burnt ends was ok. Not very cheesy or flavorful for $12. The waffle fries were fine.
