Chef Josh Rosen is a 5 star! I wished I had pics to show the delicious food he prepared for our group. We had a 40 person Christmas party and nailed it. The beef tenderloin, turkey tenderloin, and chicken and noodle parmesan were killer The asparagus and green beens were very flavorful. Highly recommend!
