H Town Market And Cafe

Time to update my old review. I am giving it 5 stars now due to it being consistently good, consistently spotlessly clean, courteous...and I am so glad they are in town. I can't imagine Harrisburg without H-Town Market.We come here often as Harrisburg does not have much to offer to grab a quick hot bite...but H-Town still is spotlessly clean, still has nice portion sizes for a reasonable price, still does a great job.This place is a friendly small town convenience store, sort-of fast food place, gas station. We usually call our meals in ahead of time and pick them up for carry out. Be sure to add salt, pepper, ketchup and mustard from the table to your meals before you leave the building!Also the gas/diesel prices are same as Columbia (within a couple of pennies).

It's a small town store with a restaurant. They serve breakfast, lunch and supper. I have had several items off the menu all of them being good. I can recommend the Biscuits and gravy add a sausage patty for good measure. The pork tenderloin is the thin bigger than the bun type outstanding! The buyers are good as well. On Fridays you can get the catfish special you can't beat it! Stop in and try them out.

Best pizzas and pork tenderloins, and Burgers ever..always get a lot of food also Excellent customer service. Gas prices are competitive which is rare for a small town convenience store. No dine in anymore!! No breakfast! Just carry out, at lunch at 11am - Hamburger and fries and other sandwiches if, the grill is not shut off early!! Soggy fries!! Friday Catfish is great, if their not sold out! You can order their main food! Hunt Brothers pizza which, it is very good! But, it only comes in whole pizza!! They do not serve just a slice!! What a shame!! They don't even serve Hunt Brothers breakfast pizza, in a slice or a whole pizza! What a waste! They are setting on a good profitable business but, it takes work, and a great passion to serve the community, and giving the customers great food in the morning and lunch and dinner! I was disappointed to see that an employee wasn't wearing a mask, nor was he using hand sanitizer between customers. We could get this pandemic behind us if people would just mask, distance, and wash their hands.I won't return to a place that has such little regard for my health. There are lots of other places to get gas. I've been stopping there to try to help a local business.
