In my opinion this is the best gun store in the entire Kansas City area. I've been to a lot of them but this owner was very knowledgeable friendly and helpful with my purchase. he has a great selection of knives, guns and he is extremely knowledgeable. He let me take my time and look at knives without any pressure.I drove an hour south from North Kansas City and would gladly do it again. huge thumbs up!

My husband and I love to buy local, and have purchased from them in the past. They must have changed owners, because service was subpar. We weren't greeted when we walked in, and he was chatting with someone for the first few minutes we were in the store. He acted like he was doing us a favor by selling items to us. We will spend our money elsewhere.

Bought my first gun and Al was extremely helpful and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the gun, as well as understanding all the nuances between the different weapons we looked at. The owner and other staff members were extremely nice as well.

Being a veteran than moved from California to Missouri first thing I went looking for was a solid gun shop! Great shop with a knowledgeable team. Wanted a specific model and they had it ordered and in my hands in only 4 days!!! Will be my "go to" shop for all my firearms purchases! Thanks for the support guys!

I had a great experience with my husband at gunners. They are a very friendly staff and offered lots of knowledgeable advice. I didn't feel pressured at all and we got a great deal on our purchase. They really know a lot, so if you just have any questions about any kind of shooting or ammo, they would be more than happy to assist. There were a few special breeds of people that popped in to look at things that they probably shouldn't have been, but the staff is very friendly and careful on who they sell to. I will continue to come here for my future purchases! Thank you gunners!

They charged me $80 to ship a gun to the manufacturer when they knew I could ship it for free with the shipping label the manufacturer supplied. I know all retailers need to make a profit, but they need to be honest in their dealings with the public. No, I will never enter their store again, and will recommend that every person avoids that store.

visiting from out area.... needed some hard get accessories... they had them and a great stock !! Super frendly service.... worth the drive. In this day good gun stores are hard to come by........this is a jewell!

I have been buying all types of hand guns & rifles here for several year. They are always helpful, priced right,, trade or purchase guns. If they don't have it they will find it. Yes

Horrible!!!! My son went into the store today and received the worst customer service. He had every intention of buying something as he is an gun enthusiast. I am very disappointed and I will not be letting my husband or son or any family member for that matter to visit this store anymore! Grow up!
