I had heard from someone once that they enjoyed this pizza place in Pleasant Hill, and based on their recommendation, I figured that I would give it a try some day. Just a few days ago, we were in the area and decided to give this place a try. Typically when I order a pizza from a new place I will order a combination or a supreme type, and that is what we ordered here. The place was empty during lunch, and so I wasn't sure if that's because it was Pleasant Hill, and or because it was mid-week. The service was good and the girl who took our order was kind. Unfortunately, the pizza reminded me exactly of a homemade pizza that I made using Bisquick. It had the exact same crust taste and the pizza sauce reminded me of the jar pizza sauce that I had purchased (can't recall which one) from the grocery store to make it. I did enjoy this pizza as much as I enjoyed the one I had made at home once upon a time with Bisquick, so needless-to-say, I feel that I could have made it at home for less.

They have pasta dishes and they are just great. Tons of different pizzas on their menu. Take out and find in. Service is great.

I have loved this pizzeria since I was a kid when they opened many years ago! It's a must stop in if you're passing through Pleasant Hill! Everything on the menu is FANTASTIC ‼ Service and owners are great! I eat here every trip home visiting family. I would take this place back to NYC if I could because it's better than "Rays" famous pizza there. 5+

Food is ordered at the register when you come in. Food is delivered to you at your table. There is covered outdoor seating available when weather is warm.Large variety of pizzas: big selection of toppings and crusts (Including hand tossed) & several sizes. There is a large selection of Italian dishes, several salads & a couple of sandwiches. There are a good selection of beverages, including various beers and soft drinks. There are two long tables for larger groups. In my opinion, everyone in a group can find something appealing and the pizzas are the best in town.

Nice small pizza place in a small town, with both inside and outside covered seating. Pizza is very good; cheese bread is the type that is eight small slices, but good (there is always that question because every place has different types). They do serve wine and beer in addition to self-serve soft drinks. Every member of the staff we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. Only downside to the place was you had to order at the front counter as you entered, along with the take outs and to go orders, which was extremely confusing.

Food was good. Service was not. I felt disrespected by the young girls working behind the counter. One girl was sweet but the other seemed to have little to no customer service experience. Heard them talking about other customers in the kitchen disrespectfully. Will not be coming back.

Had a small thin crust that tasted fine but the crust was like shoe leather. Ruined the whole experience. Won't be going back.
