Recently my daughter's Air conditioner decided to quit on the hottest day of the month. I called Guardian, (who else?) & within an hour they had arrived. Th e technician went over the whole unit, discovered the problem, & physically showed us what was wrong. He ordered parts for us, & promptly returned when they arrived. The technician was courteous & considerate of our needs, and quickly repaired the unit. Thanks Guardian!

I called Guardian to come take a look at our furnace that had been acting up, and they made an appointment with me that same day. Aaron, who works this family-owned business with his dad, showed up on time, and was very polite and professional. He even took his shoes off at the door. Once I explained to him what weird things our furnace had been doing, he very quickly and easily figured out the issue, and even took the time to explain to me - in easy to understand terms - what was going on. He then took the time to run back to the shop to get the part to fix it immediately. I had a great experience with this local business, and would recommend them to anyone.

Duane and Aaron provided me with good service on my old system for the first two years I owned my house until it was time to replace it. They replaced my old system with a new system and when looking at it after they did quality work with attention to detail. I would recommend them for any HVAC work you may need.

Stay away from this shady business! My old AC broke two years ago, so I called this company for service. They said the compressor broke, and getting it replaced would cost as much as a new AC unit. I chose one of the two models they suggested, a Payne, and it's been a pain ever since! Only one summer later, the new AC seemed to have trouble cooling already and was making noise. Since it was under a 1-year labor warranty, it cost nothing for Guardian to service it, but they also DID NOTHING! Serviceman claimed there was no need to do anything. Guess what? Another summer later, the new unit's compressor stopped working altogether. Guardian changed the compressor since it was under a 5-year parts warranty, but they charged $500 for labor and materials!!! When questioned on why they didn't fix the compressor the prior year to avoid this problem, and why they sold me a faulty AC, they BLAMED ME FOR CHOOSING A LESSER UNIT! If they know the product is prone to issues, then why the heck did they offer it in the first place?!Note: they charge $125 just to look at your AC and diagnose the problem.I wish I had hired another company to service my AC.

Guardian installed our new furnace and AC and did a fantastic job. Spent plenty of time reviewing the pros/cons of the various options. We are very pleased w/ their work. Only had one minor hiccup with the furnace, but it was fixed the day after I made the call. Very knowledgeable, fair, and prompt. I would highly recommend Guardian.
