I love this flower shop! I needed to send my daughter-in-law something special when she was having a hard time with her pregnancy. They were able to put together a beautiful arrangement with specific restrictions. Oh, and during the biggest snow season we've had in years! Thank you!

I chose Gregory's Fine Floral based on their stellar reviews, but after two separate failures with my orders, I can confidently say that reputation doesn't always reflect reality. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, and I might as well have handed you the hammer to smash my expectations.Valentine's Day isn't just a busy holiday - it also kicks off my wife's "birthday week". Understanding the importance of it all, I placed my order weeks in advance, my card was charged nearly three weeks ago, and yet here I was at 3 p.m. making a call I shouldn't have to make, wondering where my wife's flowers were. Gregory's closes at 5:30 p.m., so time was running out.The experience only went downhill from there. First, they acted as if my order didn't exist, asking for my name and confirmation number. After providing it, they told me they'd have to call me back because they couldn't find the order. Twenty minutes later, they finally called back - only to claim the flowers had already been delivered. Then, in the same breath, they had the audacity to say, "We believe you when you say she didn't get them, so we'll remake it."Wait, so first there was no record of my order, and now suddenly it's been delivered? And now you're "remaking" the flowers my wife never received? How thoughtful. The whole point of sending flowers is the experience and the moment - it's not just about the bouquet. That moment was completely ruined by sheer incompetence.If Gregory's Fine Floral can't manage orders efficiently or handle the busiest flower-giving day of the year, maybe they should reconsider their business. People trust florists with life's most meaningful moments - anniversaries, birthdays, and celebrations - and Gregory's seems to take that responsibility lightly.If you enjoy overpaying for flowers just to be forgotten the moment your card is charged, congratulations - I've found the perfect florist for you!

May 2024Ordered an arrangement for a friend's graduation online, to be delivered. I liked their options and went with a 70's vibe cause it suit my friend so well. Realized later that day that she actually wouldn't be home when they would be delivered, called and had the date changed. And they were very kind about it. Then got a call prior to delivery that I had forgotten an apt number, so I'm very grateful for caring about that clarification. Jackie loved them and even sent a photo days later and commented that they "get better and better"

I can't say enough good things about this business. The service is top notch, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the floral arrangements are some of the best in the city. Not only are they quick to deliver in a pinch, they are always gracious and provide updates if there are any issues.

So I called ahead 2 days before Valentines day to make sure they still had flowers, Well they did so i went in here with a picture i found on the internet ( keep in mind I do not no anything about flowers) I showed them the picture and without a moment of hesitation the gentleman said yeah we can make that no problem.... I went to go pick the floral arrangement up and they looked very beautiful ( and that's coming from a guy who doesn't really care about flowers, just trying to impress my wife) My wife loves them so much she puts them in the bedroom at night so she can look at them, during the day she puts them on the counter so she can look at them. So that makes me very happy seeing her happy.. Great Job Guy's... Cannot thank you enough!

I ordered a standing easel arrangement for my uncle's funeral over the phone since I wouldn't be able to attend, and Gregory was extremely helpful! I was a little nervous since it was such a quick turnaround time (ordered on Monday, service was on Wednesday) and I was ordering over the phone, but everything turned out great. Wow! My BFF sent me flowers for bday and this showed up! Most spectacular flowers I have ever received. I'm new to town and have never been here but I'll be going to visit soon! I hope they last but I have never received flowers like this. I can't speak to how expensive they were, but even so, wow!

Gregory's - and Gregory himself - is a remarkable floral talent. Flowers for my mother's funeral were breathtaking, and exactly what we wanted for her celebration. Many attendees made comments about their beauty and also took pictures. I've _never_ been disappointed by the quality of the flowers or the promptness of delivery. Gregory goes "above and beyond". And beyond flowers, his shop has some of the most unique gifts and home items to be found anywhere!

Gregory's came to the rescue with a last minute request for a corsage. It was perfect and my son's date was so happy and surprised. Thank you for helping make the evening more special!
