Goodwill Outlet Store

We were in the area and decided to stop by. This place is an industrial place so it's next to big buildings and factories. The place is a giant warehouse that is huge. Parking is really big because it's a busy goodwill. There are a lot of bins. Everything here depends on what they have, the time you go, and the day. There are a lot of people here do make sure you are patient. The prices are pretty amazing you won't beat it. We found two shirts. Overall okay experience but a little overwhelming how many people were there.

Be aware that this location does not allow children under the age of 14 inside. This is not posted clearly in any space, so we were informed when we arrived. We were told it is for safety reasons. I would understand this, save for the fact that Buy The Pound Thrift, which operates under the same bin structure, has been successfully allowing children since they opened. There are several other bin shopping places in the city that also allow children. This policy should be clearly written in several places to avoid wasted gas and trips.There is a sign saying to keep your children safe, which I saw in the pictures before coming here initially. Why do you have signage about keeping your kids safe if your don't allow them in the store?!

Didn't get to go in. I came with my 3 littles from 20 minutes away to pick out some clothing and they wouldn't let me in. Maybe consider changing the name of the store to give people with kids a heads up that kids are not allowed.

You better like to dig.Prices are by the pound.Heavy items are pulled out and priced differently (maybe 5.00).Shoes are pulled out and priced differently too (someone got 4 pairs of shoes for 5.00).I'm a newbie to this and haven't exactly figured out the pricing.But if u like to dig u might score designer handbag or shoes and who knows the treasures! (U might also score something that smells like pee (noticed that when I walked by a bin). Good luck!

They don't have appropriate rules regarding returning items to their appropriate bins. It's frustrating to dig through clothes gets poked, stabbed, scratched by junk people were too lazy to return to the appropriate bin. They have rules about touching others carts, but not rules about them needing to be placed by outside walls so not to be in high traffic areas. Getting in the way of everyone shopping. But you're not allowed to move them. Do not take pictures or video or you'll be asked to leave. The staff is nice regardless, and helpful when you have questions about checking out. The area surrounding is sketchy af, and you need to be mindful until you're at the outlet and back on the interstate. Do not go to that JET gas station.

I like this place a lot and I like it so much better since they do not allow children. I used to come sometimes and the children were running around in the way. Parents were reminded constantly that children could not put their hands in the bins but they did anyway. All the babies cried constantly and there were many of them. I go much more often now that the kids are not allowed in. The employees are great.

Decent selection. Not the best in quantity. The size of the store was smaller than expected but the staff was attentive.

This is my go-to spot in KC ! Come prepared with gloves because it's a little dirty and you will be digging!! I've found some great things and this location has an abundance of pants. Good prices and so worth it!

Rude staff and customers alike. Filthy inside. The employees acted as if they were bouncers working a dive bar. Most of the customers behaved as if they were looting in the streets. Sad, sad, sad experience.

The place seems well stocked. But, the place smells so badly. When I left I felt like I needed a shower. I had to spray the truck down. I did get a beautiful grey wool coat for $20.00. I had to hang it on my back deck all day for a week to get the smell out.
