Gomer's of Kansas

On the outside, this place looks average but as soon as you enter from the front entrance...you notice you're on the top floor of a two story building. It's filled with soooo many great choices of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. My husband and I were in here for maybe an hour just exploring the area and the endless options.

Huge Gomer's location! Nicer than those on the Missouri side. The staff was helpful and they had my favorite Ginger Beer (Goslings) on deck!

This place is beyond amazing. I have never seen anything like it. It is 2 stories!!! Their selection is nothing short of crazy. They had all my favorites of course and then some. I probably should have gotten a bunch of shooters of things to try. Service was excellent. Employees were super friendly and helpful. I had to ask one to let me in the restroom. They are locked so an employee has to let you in. I didn't feel like a bother. They have a bar in the middle and quite a few fun snacks. People grab carts here for serious drinking or partying. Very clean, well maintained and just so fun to explore. I arrived an hour early to a Yelp elite event nearby and I'm so happy I took the walk to explore here!

my go to for adult beverages! Always well stocked, organized and the staff knows their stuff. I can always find what I need and sometimes items I don't need but they are there.If you need a go to liquor store, put this one on your list.

Gomer's is STILL my standard for my beer, wine, and liquor needs. Whether it is being able to interface with a distributor or brewer or get the jump on weekly specials, I love visiting my western Lenexa location and learning more about all things malt/hop/grape. There are liquor stores that are virtually interchangeable and then there's Gomer's in Lenexa. The tastings and classes are amazing even if it can be a bit tough to get into them sometimes because they're great. They even were able to find me a special welsh whiskey I couldn't find anywhere! It's the main place I shop for drinks and I definitely recommend them.

Definitely one of my go-to liquor stores in the area. They have a huge store with a ton of offerings, both national and local. They have a nice section with just local liquors which is such a great touch to show support for other local companies. It is rare I have came here and not gotten exactly what I need. They have very reasonable prices and the staff is always friendly.

So many choices. Very helpful staff. ( Young man helped me carry product to car. I miss our LS Gomer's.

What a terrible experience! No one helped me because they were too busy talking. Completely ignored me. Then they overcharged me! Tried to tell me there was a mistake on the posted price! Rude inconsiderate uncaring! I will NEVER go back!!
