Golden Boy Pies

They are seriously the best pies you will ever have, and cakes... And the service was surprisingly very smooth and quick.

Delicious pies. I couldn't quite tell from the website if they only sold to restaurants but they are VERY HAPPY to sell direct to the public... You just have to call two days in advance to make your order because they don't over bake.We ordered 6 varieties for a big party. These 9" deep dish pies really wowed us.We tried key lime (the favorite of the group) apple crumble, peach pie, strawberry rhubarb, banana cream and pecan. The hardest part was choosing from the huge list of varieties that Golden Boy makes.The receptionist was very friendly and within just a few minutes I was in and out with my pies. I highly recommend you give this place a try!!

Had their pies at Main Street Cafe in Council Bluffs Iowa. Apple... rocked for the american version [I prefer the French version sans cinnamon]. This one was just fine, though.Blackberry... a wedge of heaven.Butterscotch cream... OMG! Delicious!!The crusts were all flaky tender and tasty. For REAL!I suppose one could call and get a list of area restaurants where there pies are normally served.

This is the company that supplies pies for many area restaurants and diners (Town Topic being one). I have tried many of the flavors, and, for a commercial product, all of them are excellent.They do much more than the standard cherry, apple, peach and pumpkin. Depending on the season, you will find offerings such as fresh strawberry with real whipped cream, fresh blackberry, and others. The coconut cream and banana cream are not to be missed.

Had the best tasting piece of carrot cake in my life at Shawnee Mission Hospital and had to ask a cafeteria worker where the cake was from. She spilled the beans on Golden Boy. I was told the carrot cake is a special item only for hospitals and hotels, so good luck to anybody trying to snag some directly.

This team was extremely rude. I showed up to their shop their location and it is a warehouse there is nothing that indicates any specifics about whether they have a storefront or they don't. They literally do not have a storefront. It's a factory. The company representative usher me out of the building like I was a common criminal and did not apologize even once. do not do business with this poorly run company. Go yo UppetCrust in OP

These are, without a doubt, the BEST cakes ever made!!! The carrot cake is my absolute favorite! So much rich flavor and wonderful texture. The frosting is just right ~ Not too sweet, not too flat. DELISH! The only prob is finding them. I wish they sold them in the frozen food aisle in the local markets!?
