Golden Belt Beef

I am a Beef Jerky fan, but every where I shop a pound of good quality Beef Jerky is about $ 30. I tried the Beef Jerky here because I could resist the price of $ 18 a pound. The quality is excellent, I looked over the ingredient and no MSG. The Butter Prime Rib Jerky is my favorite. The Beef selection is also very good and reasonably priced. Service there is always with a smile. The place is small but the inventory is huge.

Rough first go for this place - I grabbed some short ribs and they were basically tallow ribs. There was maybe 2 ounces of meat for nearly 4lbs of weight. I'll be able to use the hard fat to turn it to tallow - and use the bones for broth - but not ideal for the price point.

Best place for high quality meat in the area. Meat at the grocery store was looking lackluster thankfully I remembered this place. Golden Belt saved our Easter dinner. We had beautiful filet and KC strip steaks that really hit the spot. I got there minutes before closing but he was as pleasant and helpful as could be. Highly recommend you give them a try. Farm to table grass fed beef is the best way to feed your family! The prices are much better than grocery store as well, how can you lose?!?!

I've purchased several different meats from GBB and have been impressed everytime. The quality to the meat, the flavor of the meat and the minimal waste is awesome. This place is cheaper than your regular grocery store. They offer unique things to try such as flavored brats and hamburgers. I love when I am cooking that I have so little grease to drain off!

I'm not sure what the other reviewers are purchasing that are garnering such positive reviews, but here is the comment I left for the business on their SQUARE request for a review:"Our first visit and we purchased two "ready to cook" KC Strip steaks. We thought that we were purchasing a high quality product, but these were quite possibly the worst steaks we have ever had. They were tough, dry and tasteless. For the price paid, we could have purchased from Firebirds Butcher Shop, who we know from previous experience has a high quality product. A very disappointing experience, and we will definitely not be trying anything else from this shop as we can get better quality at Target, Sam's Club and many other groceries."

They sell quality beef. The ground beef price and quality can't be beat. The beef jerky is really good and they have sales as well. Buy local

I have been stopping in every week for a few months now and i have to say this is really good meat. I really enjoy the picanha and the short ribs!

Stumbled upon this. What a gem. I'm going back to fill my deep freeze with quite a few things. Best ground beef hamburger I've ever made at home. So good! Highly encourage you to intentionally go, not just stumble upon. All my visits now are intentional.

Excellent selection of meat. The meat was awesome and the price was fair. Quality of the meat was much better than your average chain store grocer. These folks do one thing and they do it right. Very satisfied and highly recommend you stop in and have a look around!

Great concept direct from farm to consumer. You have to be comfortable with the cryovac packaging which allows them to store meat and preserve taste. Takes about a day in b the refrigerator to defrost for cooking. Personnel appear to be family and friends who are very friendly and helpful. Prices are great compared to super markets. Quality is tops
