Gold-N-Glaze Donut & Coffee Shop

We have visited twice in the last week! Definitely 5 stars. I loved the actual building and decor. It was rustic and nostalgic. The shop was also very clean and spacious. Staff was super friendly and helpful.Now for the donuts....sooooo good. The part we liked most is that they weren't too overly sweet. They were sweet, but not covered in glaze. We have tried the frosted raised donuts and long John's.Think we found our new donut spot!

Really great, overly sugared dough balls. Sorry to be so blunt but disappointing. Tried several, raised, old fashioned, and cake... Took a bite of the cake, tossed it. My family said the remaining were awful as well.

Locally owned, donut shop, with some of the best donuts around! Good variety, all made on site, not using frozen pucks to make them.

I have to agree with their slogan. Simply the best. These plain glazed donuts melt in your mouth. There is no greasy feel. I don't feel horrible after I eat them like I can with some donuts. Go here. Try them. Love them. Repeat. (You will not be sorry!Edited to add: the strawberry is my new favorite!

The service friendly and family like atmosphere. The apple fritters are huge and the pumpkin spice filled donuts are moist and delicious! My first visit looking forward to an earlier visit when there are more selections. I didn't arrive until 11:30, but donuts were still fresh.

Great donuts, but I must say that 6 donut holes for $1.10 or 1 dozen, 12 of them, for $2.25 is just bad math & not a way to give a "volume" discount. The clerk said "I don't know math", but common sense says the price for 1 dozen should be $2.15. I guess I should have ordered 6 of them & then another 6 to save that nickel!

GNG is a solid local donut shop. Everything is made fresh. They run out of things. It's legit. I get donuts for my customers here, and they always ooh and aah when they see the box.

I've lived here for 60 years. I remember dad buying GNG Donuts on Sunday and bringing them home before church. The donuts, to this day, almost melt in your mouth. No such thing as day old here cause I believe they close when the last donut is sold. The only bad thing I have to say about them, is when buy their donuts and take them home, you always wish you'd bought more.

The restoration of this location is awesome! It all looks fantastic from outside to the seating are to the display case! And the donuts are Super! Well done and glad to see a local business get some fresh life.
