Glory Days Pizza

The Wanamaker location is the best pizza in Topeka. The other locations aren't as good for some reason. By buying the best, you are definitely paying for the best. The best deal is during lunch during the week, they have pizza by the slice specials so you can get in and out pretty quick.

We ordered for pick up for a work event the other night. We ordered the veggie pizza, the meats pizza and the cinnamon pizza for dessert! For three savory pizzas, we ordered larger- at first glance we didn't think the pizzas would be big enough but there are so many toppings that each slice is so filling. The sausage they have on the meats pizza is really really good. The best part for me was the dessert pizza! I had quite a few slices of that!

Not good. Why the hell would you put pepperoni under the cheese? I love how every bite all the cheese comes off because the pepperoni is underneath so all your left with is sauce and crust. There is a reason. Nobody else does this stupid thing that this place does you dan put any other toppings under the cheese do you? Stop it just freaking stop it

While in Topeka recently to visit the folks, we ordered delivery from this joint. The parents usually default to Pizza Hut (or the like) and my learned Los Angeles snobbery insisted we try something local instead. This place got it done right. Excellent pizza and breadsticks. Bright sauce. Plentiful toppings. Good crust. Best pizza I've had in Topeka without a doubt. ...and it arrived in about half the time they said it would. Love that.

Came due to high raitings....way to high in my humble opinon. Torn between saying thin crust med pepperroni pizza was tough vs a nice crunch. Pizza was cooked just right but with minimal meat. Coke products. I would not drive from mid town for this pizza again.

Still ordering our favorite - the Chicken Bacon Ranch.Now that the "boy" is grown up, the large is a bit too much for us. But we found out that if we freeze the slices, preheat a stone pan in the oven at 425, and then put the pizza on that hot stone for 12 minutes, it's like it's fresh from the restaurant!

Assortment of toppings. You can be very creative building your own. Pizza is waaay over priced. They don't seem to know gluten free and cauliflower crust are two separate things. Ordered cauliflower and got gluten free and was told just that. Never mind gluten free may still have more carbs than cauliflower. The cost keep it as an order of last resort.

Attempted several times on April 6th online and calling. Website was apparently down and no one was answering the phone. Was looking forward to having pizza, so I resorted to Pizza Hut. At least they answered and the pizza was pretty good.

Love their veggie pizzas. As a vegetarian I've tried several & theirs always is a winner. I always call & pick up & little if any wait time.

Damn good pizza. That about says it all. Thick, crust holds up, plenty if toppings and cheese. Sure it's a bit more expensive than other pizza joints, but it is more than worth it.Bonus: they use the serving trays with the dimples to keep the pizza elevated so that there is no moisture buildup under the crust keeping it crisp. Love that.
