Love coming out here a few times a year to pick some fruit. They consistently have some of the bed strawberries and blackberries. The kids will love the fun tractor rides to and from the fields. They have a lovely market for some of your produce and other kitchen needs. All of the staff is friendly and very helpful. Along with the tractor rides they have an area for kids to play. They've expanded on that this year with adding a few attractions for families. Definitely a place we will keep coming back to each year.

I had a great time at the Orchard yesterday. It was our first time out and we'll definitely go back. They have u pick options that change throughout the seasons. On this particular day, you could pick peaches, blueberries, blackberries, flowers, and sunflowers. They have the different areas for each sectioned off and a for a few, you get to take 1 to 2 tractor rides. You grab a bag, possibly instructions, and then you're off to pick to your hearts delight. The farm is quite large so even when it's busy, you can still spread out. We picked 9 pounds of peaches, 2 pounds of blueberries, and lots and lots of flowers. The blackberries were huge but we opted out of those. Throughout the farm there's a couple of playgrounds/obstacle courses for kids. They're pretty cool and it looked like the kids enjoyed playing and running around. They also have a large store where you can purchase produce, bakery items, sauces and salsas, flowers, and even ice cream. We got a bag of donuts and they are amazing! It's like an apple cider donut texture but it's blueberry but not blueberry cake donut, it's lighter. Anyway, just make sure to pick some up. We also had a strawberry lemonade slush that was super refreshing. This is a great family fun place or even a fun day date for couples. Make sure to check them out.

We enjoy Gieringers produce at the OP Farmers Market, and were thrilled to load up the truckster and head to their farm for a little good ol' fashioned family fun during Covid-19. We booked an appointment (by following along on their FB page and email list) since there are limitations in place this year. We picked up our pre-ordered produce and blueberry donuts, then headed down to pick blackberries and blueberries. Masks are required.Ok, let me shoot straight with you all. It was surface-of-the-sun hot the day we went. I decided, quite foolishly, to run 8 miles before going out. Not the best recipe, and when we were scrounging for picked over blackberries near the end of their season, I had the gif of "I've made a huge mistake" caught in my head. We made it about six minutes. If I were a character in Grapes of Wrath, not only would I not make it through the Depression, I wouldn't have even made it outta Oklahoma. Things took a much more peaceful turn when we headed to the blueberry patch. The angle of the sun was less Venus-like, and there were tons of blueberries to pick. They're the smaller, more nutrient loaded ones that are really tasty.Sure my shirt was soaked. My heart rate was stuck over 100. My kiddo was redder than a May strawberry. But it doesn't matter, this was fun. I will certainly explore their fall options (like the pumpkin patch) as well as spring picking vs. the hottest week of the year.

My entire family and all of our friends love this place! Such a beautiful working farm. They always have seasonal fruits available and the most fantastic donuts & slushies! All homemade. The staff are all friendly and very helpful (even the teenagers!). This farm has a huge play area with plenty of picnic tables and shady spaces to relax after picking. Such a fantastic experience. Gieringers is great for kids to learn where their food actually comes from and is set up for the visitors convenience. We even made a video of our adventure here;https://youtu.be/oID2FYFoGFI

We love this place! We try to make it out a couple times every season. Everything is top notch. Very organized, clear directions, plenty of space, good with groups, lots of activities, and wonderful produce. We've loved it each time and plan to return for my son's birthday next week!

I haven't been to a berry patch in ten years and this was my first time to Gieringer's but they did not disappoint. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They had plenty of people stationed everywhere so you never had to wait long to do anything except the tractor to the various picking places if you arrived right when one left. When you arrive you can shop in the market stocked with items already picked and specialities including donuts. Once you pay you ride a tractor to the field. You can get slushies, donuts or grill type foods or you can ride another tractor to the peach, pumpkin or blackberry fields depending on the time of year or walk straight to the blueberry patch. Each patch requires a different "container" so make sure you stop at the appropriate "hut". There is a picking fee on top of paying by the pound, I don't love that but I can't imagine how much work they put into the orchard and how hard it is so I didn't mind helping a local business plus my daughter ate probably half the fee in berries before we left the field and paid for them. I do think the age for paying should be a little higher and not start at 2. Patches are huge and well cared for, there was so many people and so much fruit to be picked. Grounds are also well cared for so it is very easy to get around. We had blueberry donuts and they were better than all of the new fancy donut pop up shops. We plan to make this a new Fourth of July tradition as well as our pumpkin stop. This is just a great family place with plenty to do for everyone of all ages and you can easily spend half the day here. There is a small playground and larger picnic area.

Remember this Place for Pumpkinfest -- A Fun Time in the Fall and Well-Worth the Drive. This was our first time out here and it won't be the last. We came for the pumpkins and were treated with a tractor ride, corn maze, giant "hamster-wheel-tube-thing" (check the picture), pumpkin jump, corn pit, hay mountain, combine slides, pumpkin donuts, apple cider, apple cider slushees, and food. The kids had an absolute blast; we were there for a couple hours. Pretty much all the activities are geared towards kids, but there's no reason why parents can't join in on the fun and partake in the activities. Adults don't have to just stand idly by and watch the kids have all the fun anymore! They have ample parking and the activities were spaced out so it won't feel like you are bumping into other people, along with picnic tables. With Pumpkinfest in late-September and October, you can come pick your pumpkins for the holidays. They also have other harvesting activities throughout the year for: strawberries (early May), blueberries (June), blackberries (mid-June through July), peaches (late-June through August), tomatoes (June through Augues), sweet corn (late-June through August), and sunflowers (late-September). If you are in the KC-metro area, you will have to drive a while to here there, but it's an easy drive and so worth it. We were very lucky with the weather--couldn't have been more perfect. Can't wait to go back next year for all the pickins.

Gieringer's is awesome! My family and I visited right before Halloween. We had a BLAST! When we first arrived we chose a few pumpkins--they had so many different varieties and a great selection. Then we ate apple cider donuts and jumped on the tractor ride to visit the activities area.At the activity area, the Corn Maze was super fun and adventurous. Our teenager and elementary age children had a great time finding their way and visiting the activity stations throughout the maze. After that, we climbed and played on the tall hay bales, push rolled/rolled within gigantic tubes, and then we discovered the Corn Pit! (The Corn Pit was, by far, the coolest attraction! My wife and I and the kids kicked our shoes off and cannon-balled, played, swam, buried ourselves, and had a blast in it for 30 minutes!!) After this, we rode the tractor back to the pumpkin patch main area. The Gieringer's staff was friendly, approachable, and helpful. We look forward to returning there during the Springtime berry picking season! Bravo Gieringer's Orchard & Berry Farm

We took the family for the Watermelon Festival and had such a wonderful time. My husband won one of the Watermelon Seed-spittin Contests! There were lots of tractors to ride to and from the peach orchards, my 2-year-old loved watching the big wheels on them while riding. I got lost in rows of big, bright Zinnia bushes while picking a big bouquet. Butterflies and bumble bees and dragonflies were everywhere. They had the most delicious blueberry donuts and Watermelon samples out. We grabbed a blackberry crumb pie from the market area to take home. So many friendly people. We missed the blueberries and sunflowers this year but will be back!

No family restrooms, & nail coming out of slide. They do have Porta potty's but they are not even family ports potty's. But when your a mom with two small kids, it's mpossible to fit my little ones into a small porta potty. When I asked if there was any other place to go potty the worker were no help, closest restroom was 15 mins away which we had to drive to because I can't leave my kids outside while I got to the bathroom. There was also a nail coming out of the slide my little girl almost hit coming not safe! They take a closer look at their equipment.
