GF+1

I happened to be at the Green Room in KCMO and saw that they were selling GF+1 chocolate cake by the slice. After thinking it over for a while it decided to give it a try. I read up on GF+1 and saw that they are grain free, gluten free and don't use any refined sugar (I do some baking at home and was intrigued). The cake looked gorgeous and so I needed to see if the taste lived up to expectations. I enjoy vegan food and bakery but I won't cut it slack because it's vegan, it still needs to taste good. With all that said, GF+1 doesn't disappoint, the cake was very moist and tasted like rich chocolate. I saw that GF+1 also sells whole cakes, I would definitely consider using them for a future event. Keep up the good work guys, your doing some great stuff in the kitchen!
