1 for customer service. I love the facility but now had a bad experience with the people who work there. From the weird people who answer the phone to the managers. So basically... I'm from out of town. I always go back and forth to KCMO and this gym is tho closest. I was paying the daily fee because I was only there a few days. But at the end of the day it wasn't making sense because I was paying $15 per day and would go like 5-6 days making it around $90 for those days and the membership is only $50 or so per month. So the managers notice we're paying daily and want to "help" us..... so they tell us to get a membership because it's a better deal. We end up getting it and paying the fee at the end of July like the 25 or something. Anyways, I call and tell the manager to put my account on hold because I'm leaving KCMO so I won't be going that next month. He emails me paperwork, I sign and return. So it was only going to be $10 fee for the on hold amount. But...... on aug 1 I get charged another fee with a very similar amount to the one I just paid 5 days prior. Around $50 something..... I call and ask for the manager and the person who answers says "what are you calling about" Then I call again and another person says the same BS "what is this call about" Ana EVERYTIME i try to get a hold of him he's "in a meeting" and "he will call me back" Never calls back, never emails me back. That's exactly why I didn't want a stupid membership... This is ridiculous.. they act all friendly when they want you to sign up but when you need their help they're in a meeting all day. Sure????? I'm over it. So I called my bank instead. Don't answer the phone. It's fine. Don't return my calls. It's fine. I will get this resolved.

BEWARE of shady managers and sales reps. I am in the process of having to get an attorney for a contract that I never signed. A month to month agreement went to a 5 year contract signed by the sales rep. Absolute fraud and forgery. A 1 star is to high. A picture of the contract is on here to show the forgery. Look at the initial part exactly the same as the sales rep.

Staff is rude, all locations are dirty with run-down equipment, and they pull all kinds of scummy stuff in regards to contracts, especially when your contracted term is set to end.

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star but it don't give you that option. I would not give this place your money, they like to rip people off with their personal training BS. They took money out of my daughters account when they wasn't suppose too and now they don't want to pay her back after they told her they would, she has all the text messages. I will tell everyone I know to not use this facility!!

I never even been here - but the people at all these places are rude , I went here when it was 24 hour fitness / well I moved back to Cali I cancelled my membership before they turned into this place/ and they keep harassing me and pestering me with phone calls - they told me I owe hella money and I'm like the hell if I am !!! So they told me if you email me a form of proof of cancellation it will be a done deal !!! Well I did just that? but still its not good enough !! so they want proof of me not living in Missouri well i took a picture of a bill sent to my address here where I live in cali - still a no go - there money hungry people who rip everyone off and not willing to work with no one !!! Id never give these people business at all!! cause obviously they don't know how to do business or treat there members or anyone with respect or kindness. I was never a member here but they treated me like shit so all I can say is good luck getting ripped off and harassed by these people that ain't willing to help no one or correcting the mistakes they made on there end !!!! Don't get sucked into there scam !!!

This gym never has clean restrooms. Like never . Ever time you go in the men's locker room the floors are saturated with urine . It's like they don't believe in cleanliness other than when the damn place is closed

Every Friday when I get off work and get situated they are already closed. They charge a lot to new customers and don't have full weight sets for their new equipment or clips. Due to the scheduling of being closed on Friday the rest of the week is super crowded.

Shitty staff, shitty machines, shitty weights, overall a shitty gym full of shitty people. Apparently all of the gym staff separately "own" the different pieces of "braces" like belts or arm blasters and can just tell you no when they feel like it. They apparently "remodeled" the place but all they did was re paint and slap some stickers on the wall. Still the same old, rusty machines and crumbling weights. Not worth the time or money.

Put my membership on hold due to a death in my household only to get billed from a collections agency for over 1k .Overall I had a horrible experience
