Gail's

I just purchased a 2014 Switchback from Gail's today and I was surprised at the level of service I received, most businesses you deal with now days are only interested in getting as much of your money as possible as quickly as possible but that was not the case with Gail's. I was escorted to each department and introduced to the employees and had all my questions answered. If you are shopping for a Harley make sure you visit Gail's and you will be treated like royalty I have a Harley dealer within 5 miles of me and I will still go to Gail's 20 miles away. BTW I love my new bike.

Permanently closed. Started to go downhill before the closure and they stopped selling new Harley's. IMO they should have closed at that time, like most the other dealers that weren't making their goals for corporate Harley.

Gail's is the best Harley dealership in the region. From their great sales department to their award winning service department, these guys are tops in the region. And this coming from someone who ran new car dealerships for many years.

Showed up almost at close for a motorcycle we had been trying to pick up all day .... The financing dept stayed way late to make the sure the deal went threw and so we could leave with our new motorcycle when she really did not have to ... I can not thank her or her team enough for there commitment to to satisfy the customer ... And we left with a new motorcycle thank u Gail's power sports for great service and a great machine

Very friendly. Great staff and great events. I would highly recommend their service department if you own a Harley. They do all the work on my Road Glide.

Would not recommend Gail's. They will lie, cheat, and steal to make a buck. When I called them out in their lies; JP's only answer was "read the contract, not what the representatives tell you". I would not recommend purchasing anything from this place because of the lack of honesty. I have military, federal employee, and law enforcement... they took every chance they had to lie to my face and not honor their word.

Called for a "motor vehicle inspection". That's exactly what I said. Guy said yeah be here before 5. They were listed on MO DMV website as an inspection station. Drove all the way there, wasted time, for the guy to tell me they only do motorcycles.....barely looked up at me. Thought it was too good to be true. Sure as heck won't be back for other services

Great customer service. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I will be back again.

My husband and I, stopped in to look for a Triglide Harley Davidson. We talked to Jon, one of her salesmen. He was awesome. He showed us several and we found the perfect one in our price range. He explained the benefits of the trike and the process they go through when a used bike is taken in for sale. We wanted to look around at a few other bikes before we decided. There was no pressure to stay. We returned and he helped us by getting a back rest added since that was a necessity. We met Michelle, Kaleb, Evan, and he made sure we got to talk to Gail. They made us feel secure in purchasing and the whole group made us feel like family. Karolyn helped us through financing. Jon even arranged to have it delivered to our home within two days! I will be going here for all my Harley needs! It was an amazing experience!
