EDIT! I'm pleased to revise my original review here. After some additional communication the company has honored my full payment. They'll be accepting our return and allowing us to use the cost difference as a credit for other orders. Thank you & good job!BUYER BEWARE!!! They do not honor a reasonable guarantee! We purchased a $5000 mattress in November of 2024, slept on it for 60-days, and after multiple trips to the chiropractor for new aches and pains, we decided it was the mattress that needed to go. We wanted to return to a "traditional" mattress and cost difference is nearly $2000. They refuse to allow us to use that cost difference on any other item(s). Either keep the $5k mattress or lose the difference in funds. RIDICULOUS! How can this be their final policy. Do not give this company your trust!

I'd visited here before, but never with the fortune of finding a good deal. Two weeks ago, I found a coffee table and end table that would fit my new living room remodel, and I was pleased with the condition and price. I ended up purchasing the floor model since they were discontinued. During the purchase, I asked the saleslady to hold my items for a week and wrap them in plastic for me so that when I returned for pick-up, I wouldn't have to worry about scratching them. The lady didn't seem very involved in her aim to be appeasing and thought that her response, "Sure" was just off-putting. Upon my return, the items were not wrapped. I wasn't surprised; however, the four people who brought the items out for me to put into my car quickly wrapped the furniture in plastic.

We came in to peak at couches/sectionals. I'm not an expert in furniture quality, but I know what overpriced looks like. I'll be sticking with Nebraska Furniture Mart, thank you. A lot of this is the same stuff, by the same manufacturer that you would find in Big Lots....names like Broyhill, Ashley signature series....except your paying 10x more here. 1 star for the motorized lazyboy chair and adult size tricycle that you can ride around the store in though.

This is a beautiful store that has a large selection and close to home, so it saves money on delivery. They provide great value for quality top name brands and the customer service is top notch. Check it and bring the kids. You won't be disappointed!

Great option for furniture vs NFM which is so big! The new location in Lees summit has a lot of options and various pricing levels. We worked with Pam and have bought living room, bedroom and some accent pieces from them. Our furniture was in stock and delivery was quick and done be a reputable group if young men. Give them a try!

My partner and myself thought we would check out this location because we were in the area and wanted to purchase a wine bar. He and I are a mixed race couple and we noticed something immediately upon entering the business. They had two greeters that were young females that didn't even say hello. We then went by at least 10 different sales associates who didn't even acknowledge us and/or ask for assistance after several trips around the store. I say this because we found a wine bar that was about $1000 we were interested in purchasing and wanted to find out how it worked at their store. After it became very clear that they were only interested in helping traditional married couples who they could talk into financing, we left but not after I told the female greeter about what happened and how they missed out on a $2000 sale because I wanted two of them. The response, "Oh well. Ok". Not even an I'm sorry or let me get the manager. I then called the store and asked to speak to a manager. A young female came online and she stated she was a manager. I explained what happened and she apologized and said they would talk to the sales team and use it as a learning experience as a new store. But she wasn't even interested in seeking to have me as a customer by asking me how they could keep my business or offering to personally help me knowing I was interested in their product. I told them I would take my business to Nebraska Furniture Mart who values me as a customer.

Joey was my salesman and he was very patient with me to make up my mind on which furniture I wanted to buy that day !!!! I highly recommend FURNITURE MALL IN LEE SUMMIT!!!!

Went in the furniture store with intentions of purchasing a new mattress. Nice salesman was assisting me and took his ear piece out so we could talk and compare mattresses. Another sales clerk came over and asked if his ear piece was working, as he had a couple wanting to talk about mattresses. Before I knew it, said clerk left me in standing and went to help this couple. Didn't think twice about walking out and will never return.

I'm sad to say that our very first experiences at this furniture store was good until it wasn't. the store offers tricycles to customers to ride in around the store along with regular and electric wheelchairs. Melissa violated our confidentiality under HIPPA law by asking if my sister who had gotten in the wheel chair was disabled then proceeded to say she needs to get off the wheel chair Because she's not disabled. Which she didn't know whether her accusatory statement was true or not. Under HIPPA law disabilities are protect and is confidential information of said people like us which she was under violation of. Making my sister cry (9yrs old) and being extremely rude about whether my sister had a disability or not. She discriminated us and my sister above all. Wont be giving any further business to this store. Absolutely out of line.
