Buyer Beware. I have NEVER bought furniture that has given us so many problems before. Drawers in a dresser that break constantly. Had them replace the piece TWICE only for more drawers to break and wouldn't you know it kept happening after the warranty was up so we are stuck paying on CRAPPY FURNITURE that just needs to go in the trash to be honest. We also bought a sofa around the same time as purchasing our kids bedroom furniture and it has some manufacturers defect with the chaise lounge cushion. It's crooked and will not straighten out. They will not send a replacement. They don't stand behind their products AT ALL. DO NOT BUY THEIR CRAPPY FURNITURE.

We bought our bedroom and living room set here. Prices are reasonable and they did their best to work with us on delivery charges since some pieces were delayed. They do have a 10 return policy so you better decide soon if you like your purchase or not. We worked a lot with Charlotte and she has great customer service skills and knows her furniture.

Can Not speak highly enough of the customer service my husband and I received at Furniture Mall of Kansas. Upon entering, FREE warm cookies and fresh coffee ( which they said was better than Starbucks). 2 door greeters that were the happiest ... older gentleman dressed to the 9's and a younger gentleman that was so sweet and complimented my outfit multiple times. They made sure we new any deals that were going on and aware of where everything was located. We came looking for a couch and once we had found the one we like we came upon Butch (sales rep). He was so informative on fabric and helped us chose the right material for our family. Even taking us to other couches that had the fabric we were wanting even though it was not on the couch we had selected so we could make a more educated decision. He was so kind and friendly. We were relived to know it would only be 4-6 weeks to deliver our custom couch and ottoman. We will be referring all we know!!! We will definitely be back! Thank you for such a wonderful experience !

Advertisement doesn't do this place justice. They specialize in customizing high quality furniture to your taste and needs. They have many Amish suppliers who specialize in various types of furniture. The animated lamb distracts from the quality of furniture offered here. Jordan in dining tables was very helpful to show available customization of Amish tables.

I came to this place desperately seeking a couch, and I found one! With very amiable help from the greeters at the front door, the very patient upholstery specialist who was called over to me to help with the process of seeing all the possibilities then narrowing down my options then ordering it, and the person at the desk who finished my transaction. The showroom is set up loosely by area of the home to furnish and is very detailed and expansive. They carry a lot of variety of products and styles but all seemed to be of a high quality that I would want in my home depending on the style I was going for. We did not even go through all the store as we were focused on the living room areas at the front. They have large smart touch screens throughout the sales floor to let you swipe through and get more details about their catalog offerings. While we were finishing up the purchase, our saleswoman went and brought back a complementary home-made frozen custard and cookie cup from the café at the front of the Furniture Mall. it felt like very personalized and friendly service, and was not overwhelming at all! wonderful.

.Purchased sectional was told it connected but it doesn't called store and was told to come in and discuss options to fix or replace after meeting with store I was ghosted called again and talked to higher up and was told the same thing so away I went to the store and had a replacement picked out and store manager called and says he wouldn't approve it and also purchased a kitchen table it was completely wrong and the store manager was not willing to make it right so stay away from This establishment if you want customer service

Do not go there. I went there and they never mentioned about 25 percent restock fee. They lied saying I could send the furniture back if I do not like them without mentioning the fee. In fact, the furniture was placed on order and I waited for like 3 months. I decided to go to Furniture Mart in Lee's Summit, MO and bought the bedroom furniture set. Asked for refund from Kansas Furniture Mall. Instead, they charged me 25 percent restock fee without even having furniture in my house. I had to file a BBB complaint. They basically do not care about the consumers. Go to another Furniture Mall in Lee's Summit, MO. The customer service is very nice and I could trust them and am very happ with my purchase. They even came to my house to repair when I asked. Exceeded my expectation with outstanding service.

I purchased over $11,000 worth of furniture on August 15th of 2023. It's been 3 months and I have nothing. At the 2 months mark I contacted my salesperson, Cecilia. I asked her to check on the rugs and why they hadn't shipped. She returned a text saying they were still on order. She only checked in their system not with the manufacturer. You'd think after 2 months she would have checked with the manufacturer. I called again and spoke with who-knows-who and was told they contacted the manufacturer and the manufacturer said they had dropped the ball, and the rugs would be shipped out the following week. It's been at least 3 weeks since then, and I haven't heard a word. I'm scared. Two pieces I bought were sold to me off the sales floor and tagged with my name as SOLD. Now I'm afraid they have been sold to someone else. The sofa was supposed to be coming from Canada. There's no way it takes this long to upholster a sofa. I also bought an ottoman and chair. Something's fishy! I've made 2 payments and have nothing! This is a generational family owned and operated business. I guess I'll have to hire an attorney.

I'm sorry that I didn't read the reviews before making my purchase. I wouldn't be this disappointed. I have always bought from NFM but decided to try someplace new. Shopping at the the Furniture Mall of Kansas was pleasant. Good selection. They were having a great sale. We found the staff was great. Very friendly. Helpful. Not pushy at all. Found what we were looking for. Good deal on pricing. Great communication with us on the order. We received notice that the order had been submitted, received and accepted. We got an update on the order at the halfway point of the build. Great options for delivery days and times. Convenient for us. We chose Saturday AM. Great communication with the delivery guys. Delivery went great. Nice guys. Neat. Clean. Cared for our home. Protected door frames and rugs. Furniture is what we ordered. Pleased with material, comfort, style. Nicely made. Sits firm. Recliners are wonderful. Now...the issue...we ordered reclining loveseat, couch and rocker. Everything worked when they left. I sat down in my rocker on Sunday afternoon. Put the foot rest up. Very comfy until I tried to put it down. The remote is dark. No lights on it. Chair is plugged in. There's a light on the electrical cord. I just can't get the footrest down. I crawl out of the chair. My husband and I take a peek at the wires under the chair. They all look connected. Nothing hanging. So it's new. I don't want to mess up the warranty so I leave it. Monday AM. I call to make someone aware of the issue. Promised that someone would call me. No call.Tuesday AM. I call again. Told that I'm 'on the list' to be called. No call.Wednesday AM. I call again. Told that it should that I was on the list to be called on Tuesday. Not sure why I didn't get contacted. Transferred me to the service department. Spoke to someone and told them of my issue. She asked some questions to see if I had checked a few things. Said that the soonest I could have someone out is the 27 or 28. So new furniture that I can't use for 13 days after it was delivered. Not sure I am ok with that but it looks like that is what I am stuck with. While I am waiting I still have a footrest taking up most of the walking room in my den. I will update this after the service call on the 27th. I'll go with three stars for now as it was a good experience up to a certain point. I just want to use what I'm paying for.
