Fun House Pizza & Pub

Pizza not worth the money! Ingredients lacking but prices increase. Not the same amply dressed pizza of yesterday. Some of us are willing to pay an increased price for the great pizza of the past. Sad it isn't available.

The last two times I have ordered a large combo it has not tasted the same. The ingredients are skimpy and not the classic Fun House flavor. The Blue Springs store has always served the classic product and delicious. I'm not sure about the Lees Summit location, but I will drive there next time to avoid the 40 hwy bad pizza. I won't go back to 40 hwy Fun House again.

I've dined in and ordered take out from Fun House for years and the pizza is always very good. They load it up with all of your favorite toppings and that cracker crisp crust is pretty tasty. I always order the Bill's special which has a nice mix of pepperoni, Canadian bacon, olives, onions, etc. We just ordered the gluten free cauliflower crust which comes in medium only, and it was really good. So, this is one of my faves for pizza for sure.

walk into the place and before you can adjust to the outdated atmosphere, you are assaulted by the smell of frying bologna. The cheese is not smooth and stretchy it is clumpy and rubbery. stay away and buy a red baron. Don't try complaining because no one cares.

Our large group had a CONFIRMED reservation however upon arrival, they didn't have our tables available. After talking to the gal up front, she basically said there's nothing she could do. Not only RUDE but not how you treat a customer. We asked for the manager and was told not available. We had to name one vultures waiting for others to leave to obtain chairs and swooped in on a dirty, unbussed booth in order to have room for our party. After getting our own cloth to wipe off booth and move dirty dishes to another dirty table we were able to sit. Due to the different seating locations, it was very disappointing to not be able to eat together. After another one in our group went up to discuss the situation, we did ask for a discount and got a small reprieve. Why did we have ask though when y'all knew the error was on your end?I was looking forward to playing games with kids too but after this first impression, I decided to limit any extra financial support to this establishment. Was the pizza good? Yes, it was fresh, loaded with toppings and didn't take too long to be served. Will we try again, possibly but I would not bring more than 4 people at a time.

Another place I've been to since I was a kid. Great food. Love the Brody Nacho Pizza, it's my personal favorite. The crust is different, than all the Big Chain restaurants, they are family owned.Service is great, & personal. If you want to eat here, you can order over the phone, or walk in. No DoorDash/Uber Eats. They are old school, that's what makes them personal.The atmosphere, is what you expect. They have a pinball machine, quarter machine's w/ miscellaneous toys, candy, motorcycle & a car for the kids to 'ride'.

I just wanted to give a big shout out to our server, Jessie! I hosted a 70th birthday party at Fun House Pizza for my dear friend. Our group of "mature" ladies had a great afternoon of pizza -- Bill's Special, you gotta try it -- appetizers -- best onion rings I've had in a while -- after which we took over the arcade and played like we were children again. I could easily see us returning on a regular basis. I recommend Funhouse Pizza on 40 highway to kids of all ages!

Have eaten here for over 50 and has always been one of my favorite pizza places. But they just don't give a shit about the customer anymore. The last four orders I have made that I have all been totally screwed up and whenever I pointed out they don't say oh I'm sorry here let me fix it. They argue about it and point out how it must've been my fault when I tried to talk to a manager about it they got pissed off and hung up on me, what the fuck has happened to customer service and caring about the product to produce.
