I have a love/just ok relationship with Full Nelson. They are responsive, reliable, and knowledgeable. I even love that they are local; but they seem overpriced. I had a floor drain back up and hat to have a plumber out at 8pm Ish. Stephen was great and I understand they had to charge extra for an after hours service call but from $49 to $300 was too much. I spoke to a couple plumbers afterward that thought was outrageous. Additionally, it cost $356 to snake the drain. I'm also told that was way high and Stephen said that price was NOT reflective of after-hours service. I have used Full Nelson before because of the reliability factor but I think I will start pricing out some other plumbers to see if I can still get quality and good service at a more reasonable rate. I am grateful that Stephen snaked the drain--I just wish it did not have to break the bank. And now for the year out and put back, ugh. Stay tuned!
