Relaxing Coffee on the Corner Yep another coffee shop in downtown Lee's Summit! And it's right on the corner of 3rd and Main. So you can watch the trains, the traffic, and the pedestrians on the sidewalks. This one's a bit more comfortable than others. The stools are comfortable and so are the ez chairs in the conversation nook. But if you're having a business meeting there's also a private meeting area Along with all the usual coffee concoctions found in today's coffee shops you can also get a very good cup of normal drip coffee! And nobody looks down their nose at you for your lack of sophistication :)Their backed offerings are top notch. I know I will be back for their version o a chocolate eclair! Prices are reasonable and street parking is as expected in the area. Service is friendly and prompt, with good WiFi connectivity! Yes, I like it. Clean, comfortable, and relaxing. What's more to want!

This coffee shop is so cute! When we lost internet due to a storm we had, we drove to the nearest coffee shop to work. The staff is friendly and so are the customers. The environment was comfortable and fairly quiet even with all the different conversations going around. The seating is pretty spacious I didn't feel like I was invading anyone's personal space.I tried the cinnamon roll and iced coffee. I am not much of a coffee drinker but would recommend their ice coffee, so many flavors to choose from! However the cinnamon roll was rather bland, I wish I got a bagel instead but next time!

Lee's Summit in Missouri is such a cute little town, lot's to see. Many shops, restaurants and coffee shops. I decided to stop in this delightful little shop. It's very cozy and welcoming. The staff were very friendly, I had many questions about all of their pastries. I decided on the Danish. It was delicious, definitely baklava tasty. The coffee was also a delight. It was made just right not too sweet. I can't wait to stop by again and try something new.

Lee's Summit has one of the most bustling and vibrant downtowns of any suburb in the Kansas City metro. Frost is fortunate to have a great corner location and lots of windows to witness the hustle and bustle of pedestrians, vehicles and railcars, including Amtrak that stops next door 4 times daily. A bright, clean and modern diner vibe is quite appealing, and the coffee, sweets and sandwich menu is broad. My wife had a cup of drip and I did the signature Frost, a frappe to cool off on a humid August Missouri Saturday afternoon. We enjoyed our stay and our people watching. The only thing that keeps Frost from getting 5 stars are the "kids" behind the counter. It felt like we were interrupting their social time and when we asked about the drip coffee, the young man had no idea what they were brewing, "Do you want to taste it" was his only response he could give. Someone has spent some money and time to make it a very inviting environment. There really should be better training or managing of staff for better customer service.

Have been here many times and always a pleasure. More of a coffee place than tea. I'm a tea person so after trying several I stick with the Chat. Not the greatest Chai I've had but ok. What you take want here are the donuts. Baked offsite but so perfect and just like you could get at the Frost in days gone by before this reincarnation came to town. Sometimes there is a line but people are patient and it all works out. Family friendly. I haven't had the breakfast offerings but quite a few seem to order them. Everything is simple but cozy.

The location is beautiful and very clean. I also loved the selection they had for breakfast sandwiches. However this morning when I went the three young ladies weren't very nice. When I came up there wasn't a line and I said hi and I needed a second and wasn't greeted. They kept having conversation it took me a second it get one to look over and take my drink order. When she did she gave like a side eye I guess because she couldn't keep talking with the other employees. There were a good amount of customers so I was surprised to see them standing by the espresso machine the whole time even as people walked in.

Have been wanting to stop here for a while. I got a primo parking spot right in front of the store. The coffee shop was busy.I was able to get my order quickly. I got my lunch to go. My 20 oz iced latte with an extra shot of espresso and made with Oat milk.It was really good. Rich coffee flavor. My BLT, which was actually a Bacon, Spinich, and Tomato sandwich was good. Baxters Donuts still makes the best BLT. This sandwich was skinny on the bacon, although I liked the spinich.I also ordered a blueberry scone. Their pastry case is lovely. The shop was busy and has several types of seating. There were people working on lap tops, and having conversations. There was a meeting room in the back of the store.A very busy ace

Fun spot on a busy corner of downtown Lee's Summit. My takeaway; come for the coffee and treats, maybe skip the sandwiches?I always enjoy finding fun coffee shops when I travel, and being somewhat unfamiliar with Lee's Summit, I wanted to check this place out. The vibe is nice and would be great for meetings or getting work done. It's modern and nice inside, and all the big windows help make you feel like you're a part of the busy, historic downtown happening all around. My friend and I were looking for vegetarian lunches nearby, and there really just wasn't much at all to choose from. We saw they had a grilled cheese here, and with the vibe of the place, it felt like it was going to be a good one on artisanal bread, or with some salad or something...it wasn't. It was a pretty bland, pretty blah, airport quality sandwich. That's alright, but I wouldn't come here again for food. The nitro cold brew coffee I had was delicious and silky smooth. It looked like a Guiness stout and had a great balance of flavor. Overall, a good spot but again their loaded up pastry case, donuts on Friday and Saturday, and coffee are the direction I'd steer folks towards.

Stopped by this morning Great location, friendly staff, and some good vibes.I ordered the Main St Breakfast Sandwich to go 3.5/5 The Ciabatta bread was so good with the flavor of the cheddar cheese and that sausage . All those things made for a good sandwich. There is a nice conference area in the back along with some good-looking pastries that I will be trying next time I visit. If you have not been you should stop in.
