Frontier Justice

I've never had a bad experience at Frontier Justice, from the interactions with range staff to the sales people in their retail section have all been great. When I recently rented a rifle and had lots of questions the range officer was super helpful and friendly. I don't look like a tacti-cool bro but I've always gotten my basic questions answered and been very happy. I bought my first handgun here and they made the process a lot less intimidating, which was really great. The range itself is the nicest in town, without unnecessary noise and it's inviting for new shooters and experienced marksmen. Overall, I am always quick to recommend Frontier Justice.

I was in line to purchase a gift card, and there were two people in front of me. The employee took care of them, and then went to the opposite side of the checkout circle and helped a person who had just walked up. As I waited, the employee then helped another person standing there just to talk. I finally just walked out and got a gift card to Cabela's.

I can't help it- I love guns. I was raised in the South and hunting was a big part of my growing up. I don't hunt anymore but I still like to shoot. At a friend's suggestion, I went to Frontier Justice to target practice. I had heard about this place and you can't miss seeing it on Highway 435 North.Before you shoot, you take a quick video lesson and you have to sign some forms (all the legal stuff). Then you pay for your range time and off you go. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were vested in seeing you had your questions answered and that you enjoyed your recreation. The shooting lanes were very spacious and clean. They had the latest digital gadgets so you could pick your distance and see how you did. It was easy to move the targets where you wanted. The other shooters in the lanes close to me were polite and helpful, too. Everyone just seemed to be having a good time. There was a staff member who kept the floor cleaned from spent shells and that was a nice touch. It is difficult to keep stepping over spent shells. The shooting lanes are separated from the store by a large glass window. There are people who were watching us shoot and that does not bother me but it might unnerve some shooters. Additionally, I was not made to feel awkward or out of place being a female. I was welcomed the same as my male counterpart. I appreciated the inclusion and not being treated differently.There were some technical issues my friend had with his gun. There was a bad jam and he immediately got help from staff. There was no waiting and wondering if assistance would be available. I was impressed with the efficiency of the personnel. In addition to the range, they sell guns, clothing, jewelry and other items. They had a wide assortment of firearms and firearm supplies for sale. I will say that this place is a bit pricey but they have a captive audience, for sure. The clothing and jewelry were expensive but in line with the high quality of the items. There is a snack bar which I did not use but it is self serve. Nice touch. The bathrooms and facilities were spacious and clean. Parking was plentiful, too. I was impressed with this shooting range. Very nice and helpful personnel, clean and spacious. Extremely clean and nice place to shop. Sales people are very nice and dont talk down to people. Range is always clean and easy to use the touch pads.

Nice facility. Granted they are a bit pricey. I've looked at several guns here, but ultimately purchased from other stores. Their employees answering the phones should be trained to find a knowledgeable employee to answer specific questions rather than just tell someone what they want to hear. I've made the trip to this store twice only to find the individual who answered the phone was incorrect and the items I requested were not in stock, nor do they carry said items. The range is very clean, nice and I've never had an issue with any of the rangemasters, they're not cuddly teddy bears, but are knowledgeable and will keep you safe which in my opinion is paramount. All in all a good experience, although they do not seem to be able to compete with prices/discounts given at other stores and aren't the most reliable when questioned on products. I still recommend the range.

As always I had a great time at FJ. My problem is I never have enough money to buy the things I would like to have. It seems that is always the case. They always get the latest guns that come out on the market. They just about have everything you might need. The range and the staff are great. The store staff are great as well. " Build it and they will come" FJ did just that. Every time I go they have new things. Look if you go and you don't go away with a smile on your face then you were in the movie Grumpy Old Men. One last thing. ALWAYS PRACTICE GOOD GUN SAFETY. Enjoy

I've gone to so many firearm stores and this one was disappointing, I don't look like your typical A2 guy so I guess I'm not acknowledged. Staff can care less if they don't know you even though you ask for help right in front of them, prices are ok and I felt like I was being watched just looking at some items. If the phone rings and I'm already asking for help at least let me know "one minute" before you answer the phone and spend 10 min on it, the other guys are gonna go ahead and walk to the back I guess, maybe I'll give this place another shot one day.

The store is good for shopping. But the membership is a waste if you want range time .Usually slots are unavailable through schedule online and website is way slow. They charge 30 dollars to use FFLs where you can usually shop around for one for 15-20 dollars.

I was looking for a range bag. They had a GPS medium size bag that was just right. Although it was not cheap it is very rugged and should last many years. Salespersons were very helpful and polite. We will be visiting again.
