I have spent many an hour in this Front Range. They are such a great, malleable establishment. You can go there to study in the morning, have breakfast (pre-made burritos, sandwiches and pastries) and a coffee/tea and come back in the evening for a cocktail with friends! Their espresso martini (low cream) is amazing and they also make a killer matcha latte. It's very small in there and quaint but truly feels like a ski village coffee shop. Incredibly cozy and an easy place to want to hole up for the day!

I came here one morning when I was off work and brought my dog. The parking was minimal, but there is another shopping area where you can use their lot to park your car or get lucky and park in front of the shop. The interior is very welcoming and rustic, and I love how it feels inside if you get a chance to grab a coffee and stay and enjoy the ambiance. It feels like you are in a national park cabin--something like that. The sitting inside is very limited, but it is a lovely shop to check out if you are in the area. I highly recommend checking this spot out! While I was here, I ordered my iced caramel latte to go. This place also serves cocktails, wine, and beers.

Visited Front Range for the first time today. The ambiance is quite charming, as it feels like you're entering a rustic lodge in the mountains. The baristas were friendly and chill. Seating is pretty limited because the space is smaller. However, if you do find seating, it is a great place to study (outlets available) or catch up with a friend. There is a bar area for those who want to enjoy a cocktail and some outdoor seating. The baristas were friendly and chill.I tried their lavender honey latte and iced matcha with vanilla syrup. Prices are higher here as our 12 oz. drinks were $7.50 before tip. However, I would say the drinks were enjoyable and flavors were good. They don't overly sweeten the drinks, which I liked.I especially love that they have later hours, which is a rare find since most coffee shops tend to close earlier. Happy hour is 2-5 pm Monday-Thursday on signature drinks. They also have a collection of board games, which I thought was fun!

Cocktails, Mocktails, Matcha and more! There actually want any matcha when I was there, the barista generously gave me a drink token due to the inconvenience. There is cozy decor that reminds me of a cabin, I would definitely do work here on the weekends!

I really liked the vibe for Front Range; a small and cozy coffee house with a rustic western Americana park lodge decor - stuffed buffalo head, wooden plank vaulted ceilings, faux national park signs.... With its location along Shawnee Mission Dr in the tony neighborhood shops of Fairway nestled between Hen House Market and Rainy Day Books; only adds to the allure. The other pleasant positive was the barista that was quite friendly and welcoming. Serving drinks using beans from Marcell Roasters, my seasonal menu selection of a Coconut cold foam cold brew was a perfect option for a humid Kansas City Sunday afternoon, although at $7 for 20oz, I certainly felt that I was paying for the premium JOCO rent.A cold case up front offers canned and bottled beverages and premade sandwiches for a to-go option and pastries from Scratch bakery are also available, as is a full alcohol menu. A charming stop that i will always consider when driving through the "Fairway National Forest".

Front Range is a unique spot, on many levels. The ambience alone is so different than any other spot in KC. It's located within a quaint strip of storefronts and has a rustic feel inside. There's also outdoor seating. The menu includes both coffee drinks as well as cocktails. I love coming here during the day for coffee, but it's also such a chill spot to stop for cocktails before headed to dinner. Front Range is truly a hidden gem!

What a cute place to fill both your coffee and cocktail needs. We came here later on a Saturday evening and it was pretty much just us and the bartenders/baristas, which was awesome. Ambiance is perfect-think cozy Northern lake lodge vibes. They have nice selection of seasonal cocktails as well as coffee drinks. Recommend sitting at the bar for the best experience. They also have board games you can play with so is fun for a little date night or just casual evening out. 5/5 recommend! Such a cute place with many offerings! Staff were awesome as well.

I didn't even know this lovely place was here until I went to Rainy Day Books.I walked down the street and found this gem. It was cool and quiet and would be a great place for conversation, working, and just relaxing. The Provisions were from Parisi and since it was after the lunch rush, I did snag a yummy Chicken Ceaser Salad.I got the house blend coffee to go. Very flavorful. There is something about a cup of coffee from a small coffee shop that just touches your soul because you know the beans are fresh, the beans haven't been sitting for ages, and it just tastes like coffee. Coffee where you can distinguish flavor notes.I will be back.

Front Range brings good coffee and campfire vibes to the Fairway shops, aka my ol' stompin' grounds since I grew up right down the street. Overall, it's become a fun place to take my six year old to play games and drink some delicious coffee. It's going for a "National Parks" lodge vibe with wood planked ceiling, similar signage, and campfire mugs galore. It's a fun twist for a coffee shop as so many have trended cold and industrial of late. Also on trend is eyebrow raising prices for coffee, from specialty lattes to simple drip, and this place is high like the rest of them around town.I've been a handful of times, and the service, while never over the top, is fine and is what it is. I haven't been enough to get to know the baristas, and it's a two way street! But back to our reason for coming here -- my daughter loves the games; Guess Who, Uno, Sorry, etc. that they have set up here. It makes for a fun daddy-daughter date and she usually picks out a pop tart or something sweet from the pastry case. Glad to have a spot that's a bit unique, and really just to have a place to get out and explore together.

It's been a while since I've been to Front Range in Fairway, but I was completely impressed when I first went. I didn't know that they served coffee and cocktails at first, but I was pleasantly surprised they did. The coffee was tasty, and I would go there again. I loved the national park theme inside. I love exploring new parks, so this was a great theme. I felt like I was in Colorado and not Kansas. Any day like that is a good day, haha.
