Fresh Karma

This place was really easy to find and check in went smooth enough. I was pretty disappointed - the guy who we were assigned to help us out was not helpful. He was pushing certain products and we were asking for best deals and other options and if we hadn't noticed some of the signs and other options to request - he was still stuck on promoting items that cost more. A couple of times we were like - well what about this one - seems less and he was like 'oh yeah, there is that.' It really seemed like he had partaken in the items they were selling so much that he was not able to provide any helpful support. The most helpful person was another sales person when another customer asked for the same things we had been talking about - less expensive gummies and she was like - 'we have these ones which are from a local company and cost less.' It was about 1/3 the cost of what the guy was trying to get us to buy claiming it was the best deal. Honestly not really a company I will probably visit again.

Super slow service. Website is full of glitches, and contains contradictory information. (I was looking for something with high CBD content but it's kinda hard to know since their information is inaccurate (see photo). They also do not include an ingredient list on their edibles, which I've never seen before. Overall the place is extremely expensive and disorganized- from the website to the customer experience and I won't go back.

Nothing better than being told you're smoking the wrong thing. Or that if only you smoked the $70 only choice they have, you can avoid the "burnt taste" of old school hash. Maybe she was put off by me vocally resisting her "come on over" because I was enjoying looking at the display cases. Maybe she was put off by my incorrect assumption that they (still) don't carry hash. Maybe I WAS THE ONE that was off-putting, but boy, I couldn't wait to take my gummies and get out of that marijuana cage. If a bartender acted that way, it would drive away customers. Think of me as a case study.

This dispensary on Linwood across from Costco is clean and neatly organized, and in my experience every employee I've spoken to has been kind & helpful. My last experience with Genea was pleasant as they made waiting to pick up my order feel more like a low key hang.That said I usually have to wait a few minutes to get my order even after ordering ahead, and the prices seem relatively steep. Overall it's a nice accessible shop that's a little heavy handed on the clean-cut yuppie aesthetic, but the people there make it worthwhile.

For the first day of recreational sales in Missouri, Fresh Karma missed the mark. Product & Pricing: 4 stars. Experience and Customer Service: 2 stars. After a brief wait, we walked into the showroom expecting to be able to look at the product and browse the shop. Instead, the bud-tender rushed us to the counter to take our order. The bud-tender read off some of the names of their products but there was no bud to see or smell, nor was any information or intended effects of the products explained to us. Very subpar experience compared to the dispensaries I've been to in Colorado and California.

First time coming here and the wait was CRAZY but once i got inside it was pretty organized and "Q" my bud-tender was very patient and helpful!

As if I couldn't love the cannabis industry more the people here make it over the top!!!

Top shelf dispensary. All the employees I've encountered have been friendly and professional. They have a great drive-through experience as well. Highly recommend if you're in KC!

I normally don't do reviews but I had to for this place. For starters the service is terrible. I came in and waited for 30 minutes and they helped three ppl that were walk ins that came after me. The people in the front were cool but the budtenders were rude and didn't look like they actually smoked to know what effects the buds have. All in all I would go to any other place to get bud before I would go here again. And before you think I just had one bad experience I've been twice and experienced the same thing both times. This time I just walked out. If you're reading this thinking of going save yourself the time and effort and pick somewhere else.
