I tried to test ride a $2k bike and they aggressively wanted my social security number "for insurance purposes so I can test ride it". I said I'll ride it in the parking lot, and still they wanted my social security to also make sure I'm a qualified buyer for a $2,ooo motorcycle. HOW DO THEY EVER SELL ANYTHING with these predatory tactics.

Took my bike in for a regular service they gave me a quote over the phone for how long it would take and price. Knowledgable and helpful. Service writer on the phone was nice and professional. Will be continuing bike service through this dealership.

I've used Freedom Cycles service a few times already since getting my bike earlier this year. A friend had referred them to me and since I hadn't worked with any shop in town yet I gave them a try. They've done some basic servicing, a recall fix and added some accessories. Garrett in the Service Dept and his team always communicated well and delivered great work and a fair price. He even spotted that my bike was missing a couple bolts in the tail guard. They didn't have the right bolts to replace them at the time. But he said he'd get some in and just install them the next time I dropped the bike off for servicing. I did later go back for some work and I'd totally forgotten about the bolts. But after they'd completed the latest work, I was about to leave when I recalled the bolts. Sure enough Garrett had remembered the issue and had already installed the new bolts he'd ordered for me. Very cool and very much appreciated. Recommended.

Can't give them much of a rating never been there before but be careful when you receive their gift cards that you receive directly from their store because people are using them and reissuing themI lost out on two 50 gift cards

Called service to see about getting chain adjustment bolt removed as I needed to replace sprockets and chain, was told no problem bring bike in, ended up getting charged $140 for diagnostic on top of the repair, diagnostic was I needed to remove bolt and replace chain and sprockets which that was known before the phone call, the bike did have a few other issues that I was aware of but none of that was mentioned so apparently the bike was never looked over, when asked was told each issue the bike has there is $140 diagnostic charge for each issue.

Service Department - would give a zero if I could. Made arrangements to drop off 1996 Polaris SLT 780 wave runner in early February for a March 1st drop off. Spent about 20 minutes discussing what was wrong with it and everything that I'd like them to look at prior to setting up the appointment. Drove 2.5 hours to Stockton, MO & 3 hours back ONLY TO BE TOLD we don't work on them by the service manager. They have known for weeks that the wave runner was coming in but NO COURTESY CALL to inform me they won't work on it, BEFORE SPENDING 5.5 hours on the road. Service manager SHOULD BE AWARE of what his service department has inbound for the week and should have called me to let me know they won't work on it!
