GREAT golf course and a lot of fun here. The staff is lovely and so helpful. The grounds are beautiful. The rough is deep! You might lose a ball or two. I love the par 3 course for a quick round and strenuous walk.

I've played the par 3 course at Fred Arbanas multiple times and have always enjoyed playing. Today a friend and I decided to play their eighteen hole course. The course is nice with several scenic views that overlook Longview lake.My only complaint would be the condition of the rough it looked like it was a day or so passed needing mowed and unfortunately most my shots end up in the rough. This ended to a lot of lost balls because they were hard to find in the tall rough and we didn't want to hold up the groups behind us.This is a tough and challenging course but would recommend every golfer play this course as well as their par 3 nine hole course.

This is as a much of a challenging course you will find on a county run golf course. The course follows the local rolling terrane, and therefore many fairways and greens are sloping presenting many challenges and requiring one to think your way around the course. Being from Texas, and accustom to Bermuda grass, I found the bent greens and zoysia fairways excellent, however the rough and the grass around the greens are tough to deal with compared to Bermuda. Played much better on the back nine once becoming adjusted to the conditions. I look forward to playing this course again upon returning to KC.

Awful customer service. Booked nine holes then when we arrived, they told us you could only play 18 holes before 2:00. Then our partners after the ninth hole said they were leaving and that they only paid for nine holes. When we went back to front desk and asked for money back for the last 9 holes, they refused. Never returning there again.

Went over there to hit some balls on the range. Almost seems like they've forgotten they have a range. Ground is hard as a rock and not much actual grass over there. Lots of weeds and mud to hit off though if that's your thing.

Me and the group have been here MANY times throughout the last few years. Today was horrible to say the least... hole 3 we were told to just use 2 golfers instead of 4 because they were stacked with many times behind us and we're definitely not sitting and talking to each other (we're very competitive). The marshal literally sat there and said said we're going quick but still needed to hurry. We looked back and nobody in sight... worst $300 ever spent. We're all looking at different courses for upcoming seasons.

A well kept course; greens are great, fairways the best, but the rough is rough. Keep the ball in the fairway. I'll go back!
