One of the best things that happened to South KC. The food was absolutely amazing. I couldn't believe I've passed this place on blue ridge 1000x and never ate here. My husband and I were wowed not only at the food but the customer service! Once we walked in and the owner greeted us with a "Hi welcome to Francisco's I knew we were exactly where we needed to be! I recommend the South KC pizza & of course the Cheeesteaks!!! Ask for seasoned fries ! You won't regret it! P.S. we came back the next day after waking up thinking about how good dinner was!

I liked the $2 pizza by the slice option and the friendly service at this new restaurant.The Grandview triangle special ($8.00) included choice of salad, a slice of pepperoni or beef pizza and a drink. The Greek salad was nicely sized in an 8" x 8" box with fresh veggies and a tasty dressing, while the 6" x 6" pepperoni pizza slice was smaller than the slices at some other pizza by the slice places but had a generous amount of toppings, tasty cheese and a flavorful sauce on a thin, somewhat crunchy, somewhat chewy, perfectly cooked crust. The slice was delicious without being greasy - nice!The clean and nice dining area included several TVs, caribbean music, and a lengthy bar (with liquor license coming soon).Overall, very nice!

We came by on a Saturday night 9:30ish.There was NO ONE eating here. Walked inside ...just loud music , one employee barely conscious and another who came from the back , heard were dining in and went to the bathroom.We were told to sit wherever we wanted and then that employee disappeared.After about 15 mins of seeing no one , no drinks, it felt like waiting for food at McDonald's or something ..We walked outYikes...Not worth the trip at all. If you wanna sit down "late night". You'd better off finding a Applebees or something instead which IS saying something.

Ordered The sweet pepper Philly cheesesteak and was severely disappointed! The description online says slice ribeye steak, grilled onions, and roasted peppers. Well to start out the meat was not sliced steak, it was more like a loose lunchroom mystery meat. And I definitely couldn't tell if there was any grilled onions or roasted peppers on the sandwich!

There was a bit of a wait for our order, but it was pretty good all in all.the wait was a bit lengthy, but the food was good and the service was great as well.

Excellent service and environment, pizza where far beyond what i was expecting, definitely I will recommend this place

Every time I go the owner is there greeting customers, serving drinks, cooking all the food, and handling to go orders (which we all know is crazy at times these days). Food was delicious! Highly recommend the pulled pork!

Francisco's Pizza/Pub does not care about Doordash customers. Having placed an order with them, they had a *WHOLE HOUR* to let us know they were going to CANCEL it. They did not notify us they were canceling until *AFTER* they were closed. They could have at least marked themselves as closed on Doordash prior or notified us *BEFORE* over an hour passed while we were waiting for our order to arrive. It would have given us the chance to order from someone else who was still open at 7pm on a Saturday night.It's a bummer because their food is good. But they clearly don't care about their other customers who are not there in person.

This was the worst restaurant experience of my life. I ordered carryout at 6:18 and the site said it would be ready at 6:45. When I got there at 6:50, not only was it not ready, they were not aware of the order. Though she was able to pull it up on her phone easily enough. There was no appology. The cashier only asked if I wanted to cancel or reorder, no offer of compensation for the mistake. I REALLY wish I had cancelled...I didn't want to figure out new plans and she said the reorder would only take 20 min. It took 1.5 hrs instead. They were out of things we ordered and didn't say so until 30 min later. They were out of salad and 16" crusts. So they were replaced with 14" ($3 difference for each of the 2) and I didn't get the salad ($7), which was going to be my dinner. My husband was initially offered more to compensate for these changes. However after an hour of waiting in an excessively loud bar, the owner offered my husband (who is clearly very non-confrontational) a $10 discount (which happens to be the standard discount for first time customers, which we were) and a can of pop. $10 does not even cover the changes/incorrect order, let alone make up for the ridiculous wait time. I added up the changes to our $67.75 order myself (something the owner/cashier should have done) and the food we actually got should have only cost $46 + tax.Once at our hotel, we discovered the pizzas weren't even correct. They were missing some of the toppings listed in the descriptions on their site and the 2 we paid extra for ($1 each). The food is very low quality, the toppings are sparse and not fresh, the cheese looks weird (not "an Italian cheese blend"), and the crust seems like freezer quality. Pizza Hut would have been a huge improvement in quality and cost less. This experience left my husband waiting in an excessively loud bar for over an hour while my family were all hungry (including a fussy toddler). In the end, I had to go to another restaurant anyway to order something else for dinner because the salad was going to be my meal (I'm on doctor recommended diet for my pregnancy), and I couldn't bring myself to eat the honestly gross pizza. On top of this, other options were very limited because of how late it had gotten waiting for our order. Then I had to spend time talking to Menufy to unsuccessfully get our money back, and now I'm spending time writing this review.(BTW we did not have time to work this out in person because we are visiting from out of town and are busy planning my dad's unexpected funeral. Way to make a terrible week worse. I wouldn't be posting on Yelp right now if there was ever a good faith effort to make this right.)

I loved the vibe and the food. I spent the whole time here laughing. I had their bbq rib and tips. Highly recommend this gem.
