A superb new hotel in 2021 overlooking the Garmin Soccer Complex in Olathe, KS. Great layout and inviting lobby. A restaurant and bar to quench your thirst and hunger. Quiet location. Pleasantly appointed modern rooms will make this a perfect choice.

Great location, nice rooms! Close to the turnpike. It's so nice to have a few food options and a gas station practically in the parking lot.

Beautiful new hotel. Friendly cheerful staff and nice spacious rooms. The food in the restaurant at the Terrace Kitchen and Bar is outstanding! Chef Devon and Elijah tonight were serving up some of the best meals I've ever had at a hotel restaurant. All of our apps and entrees were fresh and tasty and clearly the type of quality at a high end restaurant yet conveniently served in our hotel lobby= perfection. Alan was a great bartender making sure our glasses were not empty all night as if he's known us for years. Thank u for having 2 IPAs on tap too!!! Highly recommend the food- artichoke dip, hummus, meatballs, salads, tomato bisque, salmon and steak. So good! We even had choc chip cookies for dessert totally made with love from a great chef! Thank u for a perfect night!

Great new hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are super clean, fancy, and the bathroom is awesome! Definitely stay here again.

I can't rate this hotel any lower. The room was ok until we opened up the fold out for our grandson.Huge urine stains on the cover and the mattress. Staff wanted to replace the cover only. (if they could find one)Then gave us a free breakfast.The wait staff at breakfast needs to learn personal space and boundries while guest are eating.Not everyone traveling wants to watch soccer at 7 am or talk about the KC chiefs. You have to ask the front desk for any additional towels because the cleaning staff didn't understand the spoken word that well. No weekday breakfast unless you buy a frozen sausage from the from the desk. Complimentary coffee is removed from the lobby at 9am.This hotel is a joke for what the rates are, so buyer beware.

We loved our stay here. The rooms were clean, staff was all so nice. We had a great time at the hotel. The Assistant manager, Armando was great, and was so helpful everyday of our stay. We can't thank him enough for being so accommodating and thoughtful. We look forward to another stay here.
