OK for basics, but they are consistently out of something. Last week it was cheese. Now it's chicken again. But the worst is the quality of the produce. Things go rotten a day or two after buying. Today was the last straw. I picked up a grapefruit and my finger went INTO it. When I turned it over to see what happened, the bottom was so moldy my hand sank into it. There is absolutely no excuse for rotten food to be out on the shelves.

The meat selection and prices are great at the commissary. Other products are competitively priced with some being much less expensive. There are usually a few special sales going on offering the chance to stock up and save; like Breyer ice cream for $1. They also have give away drawings for grand items, like washer/dryer set and stand mixers. You can special order a case of your favorites to make sure you never run out. The only shortcoming for me is the produce quality. Choose carefully as some items seem either old or improperly handled at times.Another review complained about the baggers, who go to your car and load your groceries, expecting tips. She stated incorrectly that they get paid. There is a sign clearly posted in the store that says, "baggers are not employees and get paid by tips." If you do not want to tip there are options for you to bag your own groceries.

I don't know why this place has such a low rating of 3/5. I visited my sister (family of four) a couple months ago. As a family of four, they are able to find all the necessities here. Service was friendly and the self-check-out was great! Also, during the month of October they offer a huge selection of pumpkins in front of the entrance. It's actually the perfect photo opportunity for the kids and while family!

Standard commissary options. I was somewhat disappointed that with all of the international students there isn't a wider selection of ethnic foods. They do attempt to get some organic produce and products, but the options are still fairly limited. They have a decent cheese section next to the bakery, too.The biggest factor keeping me from rating it 4-stars is the size. It's pretty small. I've been to smaller (and less important) bases that had a much larger commissary.

I love shopping at the commissary. The prices are pretty reasonable compared to many of the other local grocery stores. They have a large selection of meat as well. I would like to see better quality of produce. They are also very good about taking customer feedback and implementing the changes through out the store. Some people don't know but, the baggers work for tips only. They don't receive a hourly wage. If you're not going to tip them you can always bag and carry out your groceries on your own.

Pretty standard commissary. They are all almost the same in the end. Some are just bigger than others.

The folks in the meat department are fantastic! I requested a side of beef to be cut and the service member did a beautiful job cutting the steaks! We grilled the steaks and just 'wow'!!

Usually out of staple foods. Some times it's poultry, sometimes it's beef, salad, or bananas. Recently they were out of my cereal for about 4 months. Things that a commissary usually has will be unavailable here. Tofu, vegan options, kimchi, fresh fish. When the shipments do come in expect the store to be packed with retirees loading their freezers with all the meat.Frozen vegetables seem to be a constant issue and the options are small or they are out of most things.
