I was in dire need to get flowers and arrangements for our wedding. There are a lot of florist in the area and we were very lucky to find Floralsmart aka Cathy's Flowers. With so many positive reviews it wasn't a surprise. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Cathy and Elliott. They ask me what the special occasion was and were very patient listening to all of the details. They provided samples of exactly what I ask for and even better made suggestions on how to make the ideas in my head come to life. I'm sharing my experience for anybody that wants something special and to thank everyone for their help.

I have been both a customer, as well as an employee of Floralsmart. The owners are not honest, period. Their business has plummeted due to their lack of customer service, their lack of modernizing their floral designs, and they continue to sell cheap product. Where they used to have a passion, now comes off as desperation. Also, they do not treat their employees well. I was taken full advantage of, and to this day they still have not paid my minimum wage of hours I worked. They ask people to "help" them work on holidays, but I would advise against that because I am still to this day waiting on money from Mothers' Day 2016.

I pass many flower shops & drive straight to Floralsmart to buy my flowers.Best service, Best prices, best selection & best customer service.When the owner says that it's there job to make you look good, they mean it & you will look good.What more do you need + you will be supporting a local small business.Send some flowers to someone special.GO TO FLORSMART & enjoy the experience.

I am a fairly new resident in Mission and new review writer on Yelp. This place is one of the reasons why I love this area. It is a little mom and pop shop that does floral arrangements primarily with Roses. I myself much prefer to get my wife roses so this place fits the bill.It really has no frills to it but they do a great job arranging quality roses for an awesome value. I bought my wife a single red rose for $1.50 and apparently you can get a dozen for $8.99, I'm not a huge flower expert but I know this is an awesome deal.

I have used this florist to send my company's clients birthday arrangements. The clients have been delighted and I am pleased with the service. The shortest notice I've given them is 1 day and that has been no problem for them to fulfill. The flowers are fresh, beautiful, and last for at least a week.

It's NOT just the thought that counts. My wife is not one to let a subpar flower arrangement slide without letting me know about it. I've screwed up plenty in the past with flowers mailed to her work that she has to assemble herself, the rose dipped in gold, or just a bouquet of flowers that weren't perfect in every way. Not one that is easy to impress, this is the only place I've used that my wife consistently raves about how beautiful the flowers look. I've learned my lesson, just stick with what works. So for that past few years, I've done just that by ordering from Roses Only. These guys even call me a few weeks prior to my wife's birthday to remind me. I'm not saying I'd be divorced without them, but they always make my wife happy which in turn makes my marriage much better off. For that I give them all 5 stars!

The service here is outstanding. I moved to this area 4 months ago and I will be using this florist from now on. I needed a last minute bouquet of flowers and they went above and beyond to help me out Same-day. Not to mention, they had the best pricing for such high quality bouquets that would've cost me way more elsewhere. They have an extensive array of flowers and bouquets, and expertise advice to help you find what you're looking for. I highly recommend going here if you haven't!! 10/10!!!

I needed a last minute Thanksgiving bouquet on a tight budget, called and was told they still had a few in the frig for around $25, drive there, found some very, very friendly people, a bouquet that wasn't quite Thanksgiving themed, and for no extra charge, the owner added a few Thanksgiving flowers, and voila! Perfect.

NO stars given in my mind this made me give them at least one. Absolutely the rudest owner I have ever dealt with. I was going to be using their services for my wedding which was in turn cancelled. Refusing to refund and only offering store credit. When having a discussion with Elliott the owner he started yelling at me and hung up on me several times. Refused to provide me with a copy of my contract and by the end of the conversation he told me the only way I was getting my credit was in the form of bridal bouquets on my cancelled wedding date. They skip out on their rent and move from building to building. They are not trust worthy or dependable people. I would never in my life suggest anyone to use their services.
