Fleet Feet - Overland Park

I always go to Fleet Feet. Not sure about how they rank with pricing, but they are number 1 for staff knowledge, patience with customers, and getting the right shoe with the right fit for their customers! They are the best I've seen!

I checked out this store after being recommended by a friend when I told her I was looking for some new running shoes. I was immediately greeted! The sales associate that I worked with, Bob, was fantastic! He did some assessments of my feet and walking patterns with the technology that they have available! That was super cool. He then brought out various shoe styles that were appropriate for what I was looking for. I was able to try on different styles that would be best for my feet and found a pair that worked great. I definitely will be back!

This was by far the best athletic shoe shopping experience we've ever had. Brennon, our sales person, was amazing. He fitted our daughter with the perfect shoe for her feet. She is a college athlete who needs to take care of her feet. In the past, she has purchased shoes thinking it was the right size and fit. Brennon helped her see where she had went wrong. Now her feet are happy! The crazy thing is, for all this A+ service, the shoe isn't any more expensive than what we usually pay! This is where we will be purchasing athletic shoes for the family from now on. THANK YOU for offering full service and a reasonable price.

I had the craziest issue involving a Visa gift card and Garry Gribble's system not receiving the payment, even though it emptied the card. I ended up having to front the bill for my new shoes on my credit card, with the intention of giving the error a few days to correct within the system.Either way, I went back two weeks later when the amount never returned to the visa gift card, and these guys took care of me all the way! Almost no questions asked at all, I brought in the receipt, the shoes, my billing statements and they took care of the entire situation with speed, courtesy and excellence.If you want a good athletic shoe buying experience, go to Garry Gribble's. They do an excellent job fitting everyone for their type of shoe. And if you run into any issues, they will still take care of you!Thank you!!

I walked in around 4:30 PM and the store had approximately 4-5 customers with 3 employees assisting the customers. I can honestly say that they were engaged with the customers. I will definitely return to this store. Thank you!

Yes! I can't even put into words how amazing shopping at the store was. I started walking when the pandemic hit and realized that I did not have good walking shoes. This was the place that was suggested to me. I have never spent more than $50 on a pair of tennis shoes which probably explains why my feet hurt so bad. But when I went here I got fantastic one on one customer service. And even though there were people waiting to be helped I never felt like I was being rushed, I ended up trying on about five or six pairs of shoes and the woman helping me was fantastic and very knowledgeable. She watched me walk without the shoes and gave me suggestions and she was spot on. I love my Brooks shoes and will be buying my next pair from this location. Thank you for a great customer service!

New to Kansas, I was in need of high performance running shoes for the year. I could go online but nothing is like going to the store and trying a couple on to find the right fit. Garry gribble goes way passed that. The service at this store was amazing to say the least. I had a employee sit down with me and go over some of the shoes he felt might perform well with what i was trying to do. He kept letting me know that I should walk around and feel the cushion to see if I liked the responsiveness and even suggest I take a quick lap around the store lol. I mean service is awesome and just overall friendly. I enjoyed my first run in my new sneakers and might go pick up some running shorts from them to continue to support. 5 out of 5 overall

Hands down the best go-store shoe store ever. The employees are so knowledgeable about all the shoes + find you the exact pair that fits your needs. The selection is super great and they always have so many sizes on hand.

Experienced and knowledgeable runners were there to help find the right fit for my specific running needs. Good selection of the shoes I was most interested in as a seasoned running runner. The employee helping me was conscientious of my budget and made an effort to help my purchase as affordable as possible. I would recommend this Fleet Feet location to any level runner.
