What a hidden gem! Who would have expected a legit, oven baked pizza in a lodge in small town Kansas? Yet, here it it. Pizzas were fresh, authentic and absolutely delicious. Great place and it is a must try if you ever visit, or pass through, Baldwin City, KS.

I don't live in Baldwin City, but this place is so good, I will be driving back down from Lawrence. The pizza is cooked in a wood fired oven. They have a huge variety of unique flavors like jalapeño popper as well as the old standbys. I had amazing Buffalo chicken and a salad bar. The salad was fresh and dressings were homemade. Service was friendly. Definitely worth the drive!!

Love this place! Authentic wood fire pizza. The creations they have created for their pizzas are so good...something you would never find at an average pizza establishment. Salad bar is fresh and lots of toppings to choose from. Desserts...some of the best I have had. Mac & Cheese, must have! Staff and Owners are so welcoming and friendly. It's our Sunday night go too!

Pizza is small only 6 slices and mediocre taste over priced at $13.00 and pizza hut is better will not be returning to this place ever again and barely big enough to feed one person disappointed not budget friendly and the person taking the order didn't explain they have just the one size pizza and the sauce on the pizza is acidic and bland and my kids didn't really care for it and they will eat alot of food but they didn't care for this pizza

Called for a oizza at 8pm and they said it would take an hour.I called Pizza Hut in Baldwin and it was ready in 20 minutes.Love the pizza at Flatlander but the customer service needs to up its game.
