Fitness Alliance

This is a great little spot just hiding in plan site. The outside of the business says Fitness Alliance. (Duh)Everything is all in one building. Kinda a neat concept if you ask me. I'm only gonna mention the parts of the facility I've used. They have a full gym with trainers, physical therapists, chiropractics, nutritionists, and Pilates. Just to name a few. Every "special" has its own room or area. Makes it so very convenient that it is all in one spot.I do Pilates there with an instructor named Erin Ward. You can find her at eilateswitherin.com. She does Pilates with mats or the reformers. She has classes for all ages. It has been a great experience for someone like me that doesn't love the word exercise. I've never been able to stick with it. I Have been doing Pilates now for over 3 years with Erin. She does private lessons or group lessons. She is a one of a kind instructor. No words can describe this lady. To say she's a positive person just doesn't quite say enough. She's very knowledgeable about her field. She works around what ever time works for you!!Some of the ladies in my class also go to physical therapy after class. It's so nice for them because they just walk down the hall after class.If you haven't heard of this spot before. You should definitely check it out. Everyone is very friendly and just want the best for each person that steps through the door!!
