First Presbyterian Church of Lee's Summit it a warm and welcoming Presbyterian church. It offers 2 Sunday morning services. A 9 am Contemporary Service with featuring a band are more contemporary music. Then there is the 11 am traditional service, which is well traditional.Between the 2 services they offer a number of bible studies for children and adults. During the week they have different events and classed for all ages. And through out the year they have different fellowship events like picinics, ice cream socials, chili cook offs and so forth.

First Presbyterian has been a part of Lee's Summit for over 160 years, and is continuing to do wonderful ministry together. The church has a family atmosphere with intergenerational contemporary and traditional services. They are an open and affirming church and truly welcome all people through their doors. Their music ministry is strong, and their mission and outreach to the community is, too.

This church is one of the best kept secrets in Lee's Summit. It is a friendly church. It is the perfect size to allow me to be a real part of something great. It's large enough to have great programs for all ages, yet small enough to form real relationships with other people. They do a lot of service for our community, which I also respect. The new minister has great sermons. They are welcoming to ALL people.

Our family has been members of First Church for over 15 years. The congregation is diverse and loving. 9AM service is Contemporary Service and the Praise Band is great. 11AM service is a Traditional Service with a nice chamber choir, and a big bell choir as well. Lots of exciting things happening here!

First Presbyterian Church is a family oriented church with current members spanning 4 generations. The 9:00 Contemporary Service is warm and inviting and they have one of the best worship bands around. The 11:00 Traditional Service is held in a beautiful sanctuary complete with choir, handbells, piano, and organ. The pastor is kind and generous and delivers down to earth sermons that relate to your life. They have a great youth program on Wednesday nights.
