Filling Station - Midtown

Another close to home coffee bar with a very festive and chill ambiance. Small (12oz) Seasonal special- White Christmas latte.. made exactly as the menu details which was flavorfully delicious .. white chocolate, vanilla and cinnamon!Both ladies whom took my order and prepared by espresso were friendly and helpful.

This place was very packed around 1pm, but slowly became pretty empty by 4pm. They had a few seasonal special drinks, and I tried the Chocolate Covered Strawberry Latte - super fun and unique! Great place for getting work done or catching up with a friend.

Best breakfast burritos! Great coffee and good vibes. They are always friendly and cleanly.

Met my agent here for coffee. It was fantastic! Her suggestion. GREAT coffee!! I had a delicious cookie and she enjoyed her turkey sandwich and latte. I can only do 1 cup of coffee a day, so they made me a delightful decaf Americano. They don't have Sweet & Low, but I had some in the car. :)Great space! Very comfortable. Wonderful, helpful staff. Love it.

I'm new to the neighborhood and trying the local coffee shops. This place is great, really exceeded my expectations. Very cool vibe, friendly service, and the cafe au lait was delicious!

I have been to the midtown Filling Station location multiple times and it is definitely one of my favorite cafes in KC! It is decorated so well for the holidays with plenty of festive drinks to choose from. I tried the white Christmas latte and it was so so flavorful! The little rosemary sprig and edible glitter were such cute touches to an already eye-catching latte. There aren't many outlets here so if you want to get some work done, come with a fully charged laptop if you don't happen to get a spot next to an open outlet. Other than that, this is such a lovely cafe to check out!

There is some street parking around the building. Our group of 6 came in on Wednesday afternoon and there were a few people around but we were able to order quickly and get our drinks. I love the mellow vibe of the place and on a nice day I imagine they roll up the doors. The coffee was decent, they have a variety of options for both coffee and juice. It's worth a try.

I go here almost every day and it is consistently good service and atmosphere. Food is great and love the occasional menu rotation!

Super cute neighborhood coffee shop, I love how local the area is and it's nice how they offer free water. Downsides - food is honestly really expensive, I get that the location is kind of in a food desert, but still, I wish it was more affordable for being so local. Service takes a modern of amount of time but honestly, I really only come here if I just need to get out of my apartment. It's quiet, and it's always busy on weekends.
