Every gate is locked during store hours. I am surprised they don't have to buzz you into the parking lot.

Store is well maintained. I come here for some easy supplies; purchased a set of child's boots here, cheaper than elsewhere, sturdy quality. One of the things to like about Feldman's is that it is easy to find what you are looking for and the organization is well in order. The staff is helpful, and the things I've needed. have been here. I've also used Feldman's for horse feed and purchased chicken feeders here. Still have both in good shape. I'd recommend shopping at Feldman's, even if you are just comparing.

They are 20 minutes away from me and the only Stihl dealer that is open past 5:30, making it easy for me to go after work. I walked in at 7:57. They closed at eight and I knew it. All I needed to do that was drop the weedeater off. Should be easy to do that in three minutes. The lady at the front register instantly tells me that the store closes in five minutes. OK, I get it.I get in the back and the lady at the counter is busy. I ended up waiting about 15 minutes for her to finish with the guy in front of me who was buying a chainsaw. I asked to fill out the contact card so j could leave, but she said I needed to put it in the computer. Ok. Not a big deal. The look I got from the gal at the cash register on the way out is what prompted me to write this review. I don't know what she thought I did back there to take so long, or whose fault it was that I was now walking out at 8:15, but I got it. Loud and clear. This may be minor, but it seems to typify the service I get here every time I go inside. I'll probably keep going here for my weedeater and chainsaw parts and service because it's convenient, but I avoid it like the plague for everything else.

What can I say? Decided to try feldmans out again. They changed the layout of the store a little. They should have changed their employment policy. Do you have to wear sparkly crap to work here? Do you have to be off putting and dismissive? Guess so. If this is hometown attitude, I need to move. Go to Coleman's in bonner if you need anything from stihl. Same prices but you actually receive service. Go to TSC or Orscheln's for everything else.

Very slow to help you. Don't back up their product warrantees. Had to wait all summer to find they will not cover the Toro mower I bought there after it blew up after only a few uses. Save your money and avoid the store and the mower!

Several weeks ago I found a Feldman's ad that offered a tune-up for my Stihl chainsaw for $75. My saw had been sitting on the shelf for a few years so I took it to the local Feldman's Blue Springs store and told them **specifically** that I wanted the **$75 tune-up** service. They wrote up the ticket and charged me a $37.50 up-front fee (should have spotted that red flag). Weeks later they called and said they inspected it and it will be $125 on top of the $37.50 I already paid. When I reminded the person that I only wanted the $75 tune-up, he disavowed any knowledge of such an offer. I picked up my saw and will never set foot in the place again. Such a more classic version of "bait and switch" you will never find. This is like taking your car into the dealership for an advertised $125 tuneup only to have them call later and say "We've analysed your engine and you need rings and rod bearings, that'll be $2500." Now I'm out $37.50 and my saw still needs a tune-up. I am thoroughly disgusted with this place.

Just bought my first chainsaw (Stihl MS170) from Feldmans in Blue Springs and the service and help was fantastic. They helped me pick out what I needed for my needs, filled out all the paperwork to have it registered properly and fully tested it before I left the store. In addition, the advised (which they didn't have to) that if I made a small purchase of 2-cycle oil (I needed) - there would be a free 2nd year warranty added. Pretty nice and I look forward to using this new tool !

This was around 3 on 4/5. Wante to buy a new weed wacker. Already knew I wanted a Stihl. When I got to the back there were 4 people in front of me. The guy behind the counter took forever helping the first guy. When he was finished I asked if I could just buy one of the already assembled stihl weed wacker, and he said no. I had to wait for him because that was the agreement they had with stihl. So I asked one more time, "I cant just get one of these already assembled units" another guy waiting repeated what I said by saying "he just wants to buy one and get the hell out of here" I said yes that's all I want. Once again "NO". His response was they open at 8 tomorrow morning.. Pretty much telling me to come back. I didn't realize Stihl was so important I had to have permission from a Fieldmans employee to buy one. The guy was very unhelpful by not calling a manager or someone to help with the line of people waiting for permission to buy a Stihl product. I will never go back to Fieldmans or buy a Stihl product. I went to Home depot and bought one from them.
