I love Feldman's clothes. It makes me feel like I'm in Nashville on the strip. Really it's a fun store. The clothes are actually top of the line. The staff are kind and helpful. Plus, I use this store to bring my 3.5 lb puppy on a 6 foot leash, into for socialization skills (always buy something too). It makes the staff smile.

I go to this store all the time so I agree it's convenient and has what I need for my farm for supplies. I can't imagine anyone legit would buy feed from here. The general manager is horrible. Truly a bad person. I pay for a couple thousand feet of fence. Go to the back to pick it up and no one opens the gate. I call twice over a 30 minute stretch. Still no one opens. So I go in. Get a cart and start loading the hundred plus pound fence rolls and pull them to my truck. I'm about done and the store manager walks up and ask if I need help? I say not now, I'm about done. Told him I couldn't get anyone to open the gate. I'm walking up to the double doors and I go to open them, the fence on my final run starts falling off the cart, I grab it, and turn around to the manager and ask him if he would open the doors for me. He response is... I didn't think you needed help. This pisses me off so open the doors myself and the fence falls into the store. I then pick it all up and put it back in the cart while having a loud discussion with this manager. after loading my fence I then entertain myself by having a 30 minute discussion with this man inside the store positioned so all the employees and guest could hear. For 30 mins he tells me how I'm wrong. That he didn't hear the calls for the gate to be opened and I should have been patient. i keep repeating myself... what are you looking to get out of this conversation? I'm not one of your employees that's needs coaching or that you can threaten me with termination, I'm a customer. He never takes the hint of my being entertained by his unprofessionalism, he just keeps going and going on how I'm in the wrong and he is in the right. From payment to leaving the store I was there 75 mins. Some by choice. While leaving an employee came up to me and gaves me a high five. he said you have no idea what is happening in this store. I said sure I do... you have a tyrant for a boss. That's why I let him keep going in front of all of you. He told me all the employees are thankful. Good store. Crap show for general management.

Feldman's has continued to be an amazing place. I walked in again yesterday to pick up some grass seed. As I was looking at the seed starter fertilizers a worker came and started asking me questions about my yard. I explained what I had in my new yard and what I wanted to see happen. He recommended a product to get the results I was seeking. Every year I stop in here to get a bag of Houndog Fescue. This fescue seed produces beautiful tall thin farm green blades of grass that is dog proof. It is the only grass seed in the area that looks great and is also perfect for high traffic areas. I don't believe thou can but it at any other place but Feldmans.

Enjoyed watching the Bad Boy mower races they had at the customer appreciation. Along with the drawings and snacks. We loved the brownie Brittle too. We did miss having the face painters there. Suggest playing music during this. The employee staff were friendly and helpful.

Brought our mower in on a Friday and was told tech would look at it Monday. Hear nothing all day Monday and eventually have to call ourselves to find out they ultimately didn't look at it. After a few minutes on the phone, the rep we talked to stated we could run up there and just get it exchanged out since it wasn't looked at as promised. Drive up there and then was told by the assistant manager that she apparently didn't have the authority to make an exchange. Come back and am told this by my neighbor who went with my S/O so I decide to give them a call. Store manager isn't in but assistant manager is still there. I talk to her to get the scoop. Was told 5 different excuses why the exchange didn't go down like promised over the phone in a span of 3 minutes, but what floored me was when I was told she refused cause my husband yelled at her (and he isn't a yeller no matter how mad he may be) and then turned around and said "well it was 10 minutes to close and I wasn't going to start doing a whole return process." IS THAT NOT YOUR JOB!? I can guarantee once this first world crisis is resolved and I have my mower back, we will not use Feldman's because of their customer service. Or lack thereof.

Absolutely the worst place to work at, Amy is a complete cunt. I busted my ass as an assistant manager training and all the staff and her did was talk crap. There training was absolutely awful and fired me because I didn't call some lady out in my line out for stealing hats with no proof. I had a cashier go and take a pic of a license plate all you can safely do. Not sure what Amy expected of someone who is 4ft 10 and injured from falling on the floor with a shelf bc there are literal holes in the floor in the back room. Osha would have a absolute hay day. Also the manager who thinks he's Garth brooks makes fun of disabled customers and thinks no one with a wheel chair shops in his store since there is literally no path to get around. So many hazards in this place. He also should be reported for sexual harassment as I heard him say things to employees that made me feel very uncomfortable. This place literally ruined my life, I was looking for another job bc there were so many red flags but not as quick as they fired me. Im still struggling financially to get on my feet. So many other safe hardware stores in the area and I hope they eventually go out of buisness.
