Their foods rarely have prices and labels. It's very difficult to find what you need. Products are constantly out of stock - it's honestly quite frustrating. Very little fresh options and I had seen mold in some of their ginger and garlic before. I understand it's probably the only Asian market in Lawrence, and the next closest asian stores being in Overland Park/Topeka, so there might not be a lot of options. But the quality of food, service and store maintenance are a whole separate conversation. If there's ever another option in Lawrence, I'd go there in a heartbeat. Until then, I try to do a monthly haul from Pan Asia Supermarket in OP, and only ever grab one-off items I need from F Mart as an emergency stop.

Was looking for Ttebokki and found both ingredients (cylindrical rice cakes) to make myself and a couple frozen and shelf stable options. Walked away with a lot more than I was looking for. Not all of my items were priced but overall I was pleased with the available items and felt it was worth it. Not much for Korean grocery where I live.

So very pleased this Asian grocer which was on 9th Street but closed last year re-opened at this new location just a few yards North of 6th on Colorado Street.Stopped in a few days ago and they are well on their way to not only offering everything they had before, but with a considerable amount of extra space, room to grow. Great space, very clean and roomy, and little doubt they're here to stay. I'd say they've tripled the amount of space they had before. Dedicated parking space in front of the store and has much more of a grocery store vibe to it than the previous location which was an old convenience store.I believe this is easily the nicest and most comprehensive Asian grocery Lawrence, ever. Yea! Looking forward to making this a regular stop in my food adventures. When checking out earlier this week the family in front of me had purchased a massive amount of very nice looking greens, some noodles and beef short ribs. Wishing I could invite myself to dinner with them. Must explore some of those greens. If you come: credit cards accepted. Don't fret, their English is great and very friendly folks.Dare I observe we have the makings of a very mini Asian town area with O Cafe, the Szechuan House and F-Mart all with a couple of blocks of each other? I'm all for more of that.

F-Mart was a fantastic experience to find those shelf-staple options for all of your Asian cooking needs. The store offered fresh produce; a solid selection of sauces, ramen, and snacks; and an easy layout to discover both familiar and new products! The prices were highly comparable to online Asian supermarkets, so you may shop with ease knowing your wallet is not going to deflate! I will say that while it does not quite have the selection as other Asian supermarkets in the Kansas City area, the staff and great customer service more than makes up for it. The store is well-maintained, and I will definitely be back for another leisurely shopping experience.

Stores like this one make me want to be a smarter person. I am in awe of all the exotic fruit, the strange looking vegetables, the huge bags of different kinds of rice and the unique noodles. I love looking at all the spices and sauces and wondering what they taste like and how they are prepared. This store makes me wish I knew more about Asian cooking. This store is very big. Like warehouse big but, somehow, it does not seem overwhelming. There seems to be enough ambiance that the size did not matter. The items are neatly arranged and everything is easy to find. The owner has displayed products in an eye catching way and the products are grouped together very nicely and for ease of use. For example, the items that might be used with the rice were located near the rice. There is no shortage of variety to choose from, either. There is wide selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. There is an entire upright freezer container filled with dumpling type products. They have a great deal of other frozen products. In addition to the frozen section they have a sizable refrigerated section, too. The meat department of the store is very interesting. They have fresh goat meat and different types of seafood. There is a number of meat selections to choose from and it is all very impressive.I do not shop at oriental markets very often but the prices seemed to be reasonable and nothing was very overpriced. The man who waited on me was very nice and pleasant. He was friendly and helpful. There is ample parking space and easy access to this store. Like I mentioned earlier, stores like this one make me wish I was more knowledgeable about my Asian cooking skills and had more mentoring in this area. I would love to know how to cook some of the items I saw in this amazing store. Perhaps, when he gets settled, the owner will indulge in some classes for us civilians. He has plenty of space for such gatherings. Great store, good prices and wide selection.

Helpful staff, good prices, good selection. The only negative is that their produce isn't labeled or priced and many products are not priced. Otherwise it's great!

Such a fun place to shop if you like cooking Asian cuisine or even if you just want a place to get Boba, dumplings or some exotic Asian fruits you can't find at the typical grocery store. Employees have always been really nice and will help you find it if you cannot. Love this store!

They have finally opened!!!! I've been waiting so long! Not much stuff selling right now, looks like they are still getting ready. The store has seafood tanks, which looks like they will have fresh seafood available one day. There are some fresh vegetables also. Will update!!!5/1/18 - I come here about once a week and they have set up more things to sell! It's nice not having to drive all the way to Overland Park to buy Asian groceries.
