Exquisite Eats Personal Chef Service

With my wife's 65th birthday approaching, I wanted to plan something special for her, so I turned to Michele again and her 'most excellent' Personal Chef Service(s); Exquisite Eats... After contacting her several months in-advance of my wife's birthday, Michele and I began to plan a gourmet 'Indian Dinner', that included some of my wife's favorite Indian dishes. Fast forward to January 3rd... What you must know about Michele's business is, that it's 'not' just that she is an incredible chef (that's only the tip of the iceberg), she knows exactly how to plan / prep. / present + cook amazing dishes. She also cleans-up everything, so when she leaves, everything is exactly the way it was before she arrives! My wife and I are "foodies", and enjoy finding food gems everywhere we travel, and (hands-down) Michele (via her Business) is a Mobile x5 Star Restaurant; that will not disappoint...

Michele is a professional chef that takes the stress away from entertaining. She helped me select a menu, gave a quote, and scheduled her time of arrival. I loved that she prepared everything in my home! Her presentation of our dinner party was beautiful. I didn't have to worry about shopping for items at the grocery store, making sure I had enough platters, or dinnerware. She showed up and worked her magic. She cleaned my kitchen after dinner was complete, and even offered to mop my kitchen floor. Talk about going above and beyond! My guest not only shared with me how awesome everything was, they thanked Michele as well. She has a sparkling personality. I will be using her again. She is a first class lady.

My wife got me 2 months of the personal chef service at Exquisite Eats for Christmas. Chef Michele shows up at the same time each week and prepares the meals for the week in your own home. She then portions them out, complete with reheating instructions on each container. She brings everything she needs and in my experience my kitchen has ended up cleaner than when she started. She charges a flat fee depending on number of different entrees prepared, then you decide how many portions of each entree you would like. She does the grocery shopping for you so in the end you pay the flat fee for the service plus the grocery receipt. I am halfway through my personal chef experience gift and have enjoyed all the entrees, but so far here are my favorite dishes that have been prepared:Pecan-crusted Salmon with wild rice pilafBeef Tenderloin with bourbon bacon mushrooms and sauteed green beans.Fiesta Lime Chicken with arroz verdeButter Chicken with basmati rice. I think this service makes a great gift idea/special treat and could be very useful for large families with working parents that want to eat home-cooked meals but don't have the time. I haven't used Exquisite Eats for catering events, but plan on using the service the next time we have a party/event at our house.

Michele is awesome! Great food, and appetizers. It's such a painless way to class up a get together and make guests feel special - for a lot less that I would have thought cost wise (considering the cost of buying your own groceries and ingredients), plus it avoids the hassle of cooking and cleaning which also takes away from focusing on being a good host. Definitely would recommend!

You know those people who can whip up the perfect party with pinterest worthy food and flower arrangements? Well, that's not me, but I sure wanted to look like it was. I found Exquisite Eats after attending several events they catered, then have used them for a couple of parties. Michele's food is delicious, it's beautifully presented and she is a pleasure to deal with. She is great about working with you, your food preferences, your budget, and helping to create a party that you can be proud of!

Michele was amazing! The food was fantastic and her personality fits well with what she does. Michele was our chef for a bachelorette party at my home and we chose the 4 course option. We had a strict budget to keep our meals at a lower price range than I would have liked but Michele made it so we had a choice of entrees and everything tasted amazing. There is no way we could have gotten the quality of food and the options we had in any restaurant for the reasonable price of 55 dollars. Michele cleaned up everything and made it so easy to enjoy the party without all of the clean up and hassle. Thank you Michele. I can't wait to use you in the future. The flourless chocolate cake was to die for!!

A good friend of mine had a child in the hospital and since I live out of state, I wanted to give her something that I knew could help her entire family during the trying time. Michele answered all of my questions, was very responsive & super helpful. My friend absolutely loved all of the meals & saved her family from eating pizza for weeks. I can't recommend Michele enough! Makes me wish I lived in MO so I could hire myself! :)

Michelle created a wonderful memory for me and my whole family for my 60th birthday. From a 4 foot charcuterie board to a wonderful 4 course meal with decadent desert, all was overwhelming. The fact that she made it completely in our home while we were enjoying wine and togetherness was amazing. She even cleans up, which is an unexpected plus.I simply cannot recommend her and her service higher. We will definitely be back.Such a delight!

Michele, you are amazing. What a real treat to give one's self and special friends. Your menu was delicious, and we've leftovers which just taste as fresh now as when you prepared 'em. I needed a personal chef to cook weekly meals for my mother who has health problems. After doing some research into Kansas City area chefs, I came across Chef Michele at Exquisite Eats. After reading the other reviews here, I decided to give her a call. She was so nice on the phone & explained her entire process and the pricing per week. She started cooking for my mom the next week and she absolutely LOVES it! My mom has always been a very good & creative cook herself, so I wasn't sure if someone else could live up to her standards. Well, I am happy to say that Chef Michele has continued to impress us, week after week! She makes amazing meals and is very careful about keeping my moms very strict dietary restrictions in mind. She comes up with great menu ideas on her own, but is also willing to incorporate all of the things my mom likes. If you are ever in need of a personal chef, I highly, highly recommend Exquisite Eats! I'm hoping she is available the next time I host a dinner party so I can use her myself!
