This was my 1st time needing physical therapy. I could not have been more pleased and satisfied with the services provided by the Lee's Summit therapy team and support staff. They were so very kind and had a great knowledge of the human anatomy; thus my therapist could and would immediately target those areas of my body causing me pain and difficulty in moving. There were no questions from me that went unanswered about the root cause of my problem and strategies for healing. I loved the fact that the evaluations as to the state of my healing process were so thorough. I loved that the exercises done on site were easily transferable for my doing at home. I sincerely appreciate every single team member at the Lee's Summit site. Your professionalism and skills shined. Thanks for helping to get me, physically. where I needed to be health- wise. Thanks ' especially Brittany and Savannah! Appreciate you all greatly!

Boost PT & SP in Lee's Summit is absolutely awesome. Tyler has been my PT on multiple occasions and is nothing but professional and personable. I've had to use a few of their locations in the KC metro based upon my work schedule.... they have always been accommodating and never once raised an eyebrow about my need for different locations. They work with not only my location need but have always been flexible with my time-schedule, as well.I certainly do appreciate the fact their locations are always near an Interstate or highway... I've used multiple different PT organizations in the past for different reasons... now that I've experienced Boost PT & SP in KC, I'll never go anywhere else! Thanks Tyler!

I have had problems with a chronic pain for close to 4 years and the great therapists at Boost are the ones who finally figured out the rare condition that I suffer from. I will soon see a specialist in St. Louis to fix the problem, but if it wasn't the great therapists at Boost, I wouldn't be on the road to getting better!!

I have had physical therapy many times (more than six). This is the most unprofessional place I have ever attended. Here, the therapist will give you instructions and then leave you. It appears most of the staff members are on their phones texting and browsing leaving you unattended doing the exercises. If you have a question, you have to stop the exercise and go find them. Additionally, this place is dirty and unsanitary. There is dust and small debris all around the walls and, around or under machinery. I have watched item after item be used by different patients and no equipment is wiped or cleaned in any way. When they asked me to sign in with the stylus pen, there was no way. There were two hairs on the screen and grime that looked like it had been there for months. They will tell you the name of the therapist seeing you the next visit, but it changes regularly. Another example of being unprofessional? The employee was telling a patient personal health history about a different patient who just left. He was telling the patient that the guy who left had 4 previous shoulder surgeries, etc. This is against the law to discuss health information without permission. Wished I would have recorded it. No thanks. I will find a clean and professional place.

We have never dealth with such an unorganized medical provider EVER. My wife has 2 appointments scheduled, and had BOTHOF THEM CANCELLED due the ineptness of the staff. 1. Schedule us at the wrong location, then on the way call and said "I'm sorry, your PT personal has had an accident and can't show up. 1 trip down the drain 2 . The second appointment was scheduled at the Cave creek location (just as the first one) and when my wife gets there, she is told they have no appointment set her at that location, its the Scottsdale location, 40 min away. She has now made 2 trips to your facility, without seeing anyone, and wasted more that 2.5hours driving back and forth for no rational reason. We will be contacting her doctor to let them know how unprofessional and inept your staff is. We'll find somewhere else. Hope you can sustain your business model. It sucks.

I have been a "repeat offender" at Boost since 2015 after multiple surgeries including spine and shoulder. From the first day I walked in the door, I knew I had chosen well. The staff members are knowledgeable and engaging. They LISTEN and create a regimen with the patient's buy in on it. They don't cut one inch of slack, a practice I see as vital to the recovery process. They're not mean in the least...just dedicated to making sure the patient is getting the optimum experience in working toward a full rehabilitation. The atmosphere is lighthearted yet professional. There seems to exist an unspoken comraderie amongst the patients with everyone cheering each other on. It's really quite phenomenal. There is a really wide variety of equipment at Boost, some of which I never saw at the PT place I went to for a shoulder injury back in 2013. Some are big, intricate pieces of machinery, and others are weird little gadgets that one might never consider could help with the physical rehabilitation process.I recommend Boost Physical Therapy for anyone who is serious about getting their body back to normal while having fun doing it! I'm getting older and will likely require additional physical therapy in the NOT too distant future. NO question as to who I'll call if and when that time comes!!!

I was recommended to Boost by my doctor (Vincent Key, Royals Orthopedic doctor) for rehab on a torn meniscus. Having never had PT, I had a number of questions. I called and Diana Anderson answered. I told her why I was calling, and had questions, some which were quite basic while others were more involved. Diana took the time to listen and address each one, and I was convinced that I should give Boost a try. I asked Diana how many PT's they had, and she replied that there were quite a few, and all worked together. She then asked me if I had someone in particular in mind, and I said no, and asked her if she was one of the PT's. She said yes, and I told her I appreciated how great she handled me and my questions on the phone and could I request her. She said she would be happy to work with me I scheduled my first visit for the following week. When I arrived, much to my delight, not only was she expecting me, but she had all my paperwork and had already noted some of the things we had discussed on the phone. I have been in PT now for nearing a month. I have observed how well the entire staff works together, the atmosphere is great, and Diana is more than I could have hoped for. I am getting good results, and she is excellent at what she does. As a side note, they offer PT internships and one of the soon to graduate students from KUmed has been working with Diana on her patients. I have observed how effective Diana is at training while performing the duties of PT. If you need PT, I would highly recommend Diana, and the entire Boost Lees Summit team.

Boost has served my family and friends well. They're always talking about the professional, friendly staff. Tyler's name is synonymous with PT demi-god. From the great facility to the accommodating scheduling, Boost is the best. I'd recommend them to anybody in need of top-notch PT.

In 2013 I injured my right shoulder and two surgeons recommended rotator cuff surgery, the third surgeon I saw recommended physical therapy. I worked with the people at Boost for six weeks. After six weeks I was pain free and I had regained full range of motion in my shoulder. I am sooo grateful that I did not try rotator cuff surgery first. If your doctor suggests physical therapy give it a try, it can give you great results!! Sadly, I injured my knee in 2017, but, I am working at Boost with therapist Tommy Hargrave and it is coming along. Even after two sessions my knee feels more flexible, less stressed and less sore. Still have a bit of work to do, but, I am looking forward to more improvement. Props to Tommy Hargrave, my physical therapist at Boost
