I sent my sister a bouquet from this shop because it is close to the retirement center she lives in. It was a difficult time for her as her husband was in the hospital. She was thrilled with the bouquet which was small but she said the fragrance was wonderful and it cheered her so. The gentleman I ordered from was so pleasant on the phone. Flowers r expensive now but if u can let them know what kind of flowers u want and what type of container I don't mind spending a little more. No delivery fee because they r close to the center. I'll keep their #.

The recipient was happy and excited to receive this bouquet for her birthday. I thought there would've been more stems in the bouquet in comparison to the description of that choice.

I'm out of state and wanted to support a local florist near my friend in KC. I'm so glad I found EverWild but it wasn't hard with YELP. I had a "Peace and Love" plant delivered to my friend because her grandmother passed. The online ordering was a breeze, delivery fee beyond reasonable, and they delivered it the same day. Best part is the plant is BEAUTIFUL! Thank you EverWild

I had to send sympathy flowers from out of state and wanted to make sure it went off without a hitch. I cannot say enough good things about this florist! They really went above and beyond to get the flowers delivered for us despite some hitches with access to the address, and the arrangement was absolutely lovely. Great value for the money, the delivery fee was fair, communication was clear and in real time at every step of the process. 10/10 would recommend and use again.

0/10 - this florist doesn't give a shit about her work. I searched and searched for the perfect florist in kc so my friends and I could splurge and send our best friend a bouquet after having her first baby. The photo I received from the friend of the bouquet made me laugh out loud, it looked completely different than i expected, but I was light hearted and felt positive the florist would correct our bouquet. I mean, my friend who received the bouquet was thankful but also told me I should reach out to the florist because it wasn't even close to the value what we paid for.... just look at the photo and see for yourself. what we received didn't look like an $128 bouquet... so I called up the florist and felt so embarrassed for even having to ask (I'm not one to do this) and I was met with someone who was unwilling to help at all. she stated "the bouquet was exactly how it should have been, I bought the smaller version and the version I was expecting was the pricier option" and started itemizing it, saying the flowers were all fresh, and there was nothing she could do. I knew I ordered the cheaper version, but I expected it to look like a smaller version of the expensive option. The bouquet I received looked sparse, neglected & pathetic sitting next to the other $30 bouquets she received. the owner didn't care in the slightest for customer satisfaction and very obviously doesn't care much about branding considering she stands by this AWFUL bouquet that literally looks like it was dropped in the parking lot. if I didn't know better, based on the other reviews who had similar experience i'd say this florist is a fraud.

The quality of their flowers have went extremely down hill. The bouquet that was received from them today was horrid. When I attempted to call them about the arrangement the staff were horridness towards me and then hung up on me. I will not be ordering flowers from them again. I understand having a bad batch of flowers; what I don't find acceptable was their unprofessional behavior. After hanging up on me a male staff showered up at my place of business, yelling and making a scene demanding I give the flowers back. Myself and my coworker were mortified of the behavior. *****I never requested them to pick the flowers up; that was their idea. Response from the owner:Dallas, we are sorry that you were so disappointed in today's floral delivery. My staff was exceptionally calm and courteous to you even as you verbally berated both of my designers over the phone and again when the arrangement was picked up. At no point did they hang up on you it, yell, or make a scene. Even if the flowers had been of poor quality, and they were not, they way you spoke to our team was unacceptable.You complained that the arrangement's blooms including the lilies and scabiosa were not yet open, but that is because our flowers are extremely fresh, and will open and bloom over the next week or two so you can have the longest lasting arrangement possible. Several of the flowers, including tulips and the delphinium, have a natural curve to them which is the nature of the flowers.We offered a replacement arrangement which you declined, and picked up the bouquet from you as requested provided a full refund. As our designer Matthew left the hospital from picking up your arrangement, he was stopped twice and told how beautiful the flowers were by passersby. I have a photo as well that we took upon bringing the flowers back to the shop.After the incident today, we called your fiancé who sent the flowers and apologized again for the circumstances and notified him that a full refund had been processed. At that time he apologized to us for your treatment to our team. Purchasing anything sight unseen is always daunting for me, so I was very apprehensive about ordering flowers online. Having no choice since I don't live in the area, I decided to shop around. I loved the arrangements shown on Ever Wild's website, and because there were so many positive reviews, and the arrangements were reasonably priced, I decided to make a few inquires by calling the store. My questions were answered to my satisfaction, in a pleasant, friendly manner, which gave me enough confidence to place an order for The Darling. The arrangement turned out beautifully! I would definitely order from Ever Wild again.

I sent out a last minute floral arrangement to my MIL for Mother's Day and thought for sure they'd be booked up and wouldn't be able to deliver. I was wrong, the ordering process was easy and online and I got confirmation right away! You get a text location when the order is out for delivery so that was nice. My MIL was blown away by the arrangement and said that was the best arrangements she's ever received. I'm glad she was happy and overall the experience was great! Thanks EverWild!
