The fellas over here are awesome! Right when I walked in they made me feel like a friend I came in to get set up for some gear for my electric guitar and they were so helpful :) Mitch helped walk through the differences between Amps and explained it in a way that I could easily digest. (Don't hate me I think his name was Eddie?) played demo for different sounds I could expect with the Amps - they both had amazing energy. I'm so excited to continue playing and they are now my go to guys

Customer service was really nice and helpful. They were very personable and easy to work with. They let me try out some saxophones before buying and that really helped me make my decision. Would recommend for anything small to anything big. Love this store!

My son is active duty in the US Navy. We bought a guitar there and had it shipped to my son's Naval Base in SC. It was received severely damaged. Because my son had no way of keeping the shipping box in his barracks they only offered to give us a credit of half the cost. Very disappointed in the way they treated an active duty military man. I believe they should have sent him a replacement or at the very least a full refund. Merchants need to treat military personnel in a better way. We ordered the exact same guitar from Guitar Center and it was received in perfect condition.
