Probably one of the best experiences I've had at a bike shop. The staff was knowledgeable and so helpful in getting my wife fitted for a new bike. This will definitely be our go-to shop from now on!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVEN POORER COMMUNICATION. Brought in two children's bikes to be serviced. The two people at the front of the store doing NOTHING told us to go to the back and someone would help us. The person in the service center told on us one minute, while he finished one bike. At the point that he started a second bike and saw the third we knew it would be longer than a minute. We waited about 10 minutes before we left. All we wanted to do was to drop off the bikes to be serviced. New seats, check tires and add training wheels. At any time, the two people at the front of the store could have helped us and checked in our bikes. My wife even asked if she needed an appointment in the future...they said nope but this experience would lead us to a different conclusion.

Even with the hiccups in ordering my bicycle from Amazon, the staff here at Erik's handled the issue respectfully, and like a pro! They also made things right with me as the customer, when the problem wasn't with them at all, but they understand the way customer service works! It's customer service like at Erik's, that make me say, "I will ALWAYS use Eriks for ALL my bicycle needs!" Excellent customer service is hard to come by! (PLEASE Beleive me, I'm not being paid to write this....look at some of my other reviews at other businesses within the Liberty, MO area!)

I just spent 10 to 15 minutes walking around the store waiting to be waited on. I wanted to purchase a new helmet and cycling shoes. There were three gentlemen standing behind the counter none of which offered to help me. One may have been a customer the other two were definitely employees, I made eye contact with them and still not one of them offered to help me. I just walked out of the store. I will not be going back.

I had a great experience buying my Aventon Ebike from Erik's. They helped me know when they would be getting the next shipment in. I came in that Friday and got my new bike. They added some items to the bike for me and I love it. Excellent service on all levels, will shop here again!!

My son and I came into Erik's needing to fix an issue with my son's pedals and bike chain. I was promptly greeted by an associate who was able to get a bike mechanic to help me diagnose my issue, showed me the parts I needed, and gave me a quick overview on how to install the parts. Great store, knowledgeable employees, great service. No aggressive sale pitches either. We will definitely be back!!

Brought my tire to fix flat and realized store was closed; however, employee mechanic was there working and went ahead and let me in and fixed my flat - I appreciate the service, as he could have told me to come back when they open.
