I walked in to buy a Schuberth C3 pro and Jon Bush from the parts department was top notch. He was very knowledgeable about the product and helpedme get fitted for the new helmet.Jon knows his BMW apparel product and assisted me in finding a riding jacket and pants as well. He is very patient and takes the time to explain the functions of the product I was looking at.

I wish I could give parts department and service department separate star ratings because they do a pretty good job. The salesman on the BMW side is beyond rude. He has been offensive and arrogant every time I have had a conversation with him.I have driven across to Saint Louis to buy my last 2 new bmw's because of this little man.

Good place to take the motorcycle decently fast for the size they are and this is my first time using them, very much a homey atmosphere with relatable guys and biker spirits.. only reason i have it at 3 stars is when i called them while the bike was in the shop to get a tire on and wiring problem figured ED the mechanic was supposed to give me a call back for the price of the tire etc. I'm sure he's swamped so no worries i give him a call and the receptionist left me on hold for 35 min i finally hung up.. was trying to get the bike ready by saying go ahead with the tire and service and whatever else so i could start riding it again but with the service i got from reception I wasn't pleased everyone else is fantastic and definitely will use them again if i need to i just wont call the operator/receptionist.. ED or john only

Used to be me one of my favorite bike haunts when I lived in the area, and was a good place to take a ride to for their open days or just a visit and chat with the staff. It used to be family owned, although I am not sure if that still is the case, but I took a trip there on a recent visit back to the area. As the only major dealer of BMW and Triumph motorcycles, they do not have much competition, but despite this remain friendly and attentive. The store has changed a little, with BMW on one side and Triumph bikes on the other, with apparel, parts and accessories split along similar lines. I marveled at the "bargain basement" prices of everything up to and including the bikes which were roughly half the cost of bikes in Singapore and could have run wild buying lots of farkels and gee-gaws for my bike back in Singapore. Restraint driven by airline checked bags policies meant purchases were kept to a minimum. The staff remembered me and were keen to understand about biking in Singapore. Free coffee was available and before I knew it an hour had passed and it was time to leave.

adam and sales me both total liars sold me 23 bmw branded new charged me 8,000 in modifications said they would keep ecu and honor warranty. they did such a crap job the engine had a different pitch to it after they did it and they said it was normal. so of course the engine blew then they tell bmw they modified it and warranty is voided. complete scammers. s1000 engines going out all over from all ages too and bmw not honoring them as well with or with out warranty.i would waste a penny with these scum bag theifs.

They've had my bike in the shop for now 4 months (of the summer). I bought the bike brand new from there 2 years ago. Every time I have call they say there's a problem in the cylinders and they need to open it up to see if it's under warranty. I've called them 8 times, spoke to Ed 3 times, left 4 messages, 2 call back, Adam once. I'm so sick of terrible service everywhere. I have no doubt they're unable to find good work. But, I bought the bike new from your dealership. Unbelievable.

Just an update:Got my bike back yesterday and it runs great! Throttle bodies are synched and the tech gave my motorcycle a thumbs up. Mike took me around and showed me some beautiful vintage BMW's and other motorcycles that just happen to be lying around.Parts department has a good selection of gear.New motorcycles in the showroom were awfully tempting but I think I'll stick with "Kermie" for now.

Great service; excellent team, very personable. My visit was purely to explore the dealership I had known of for years, but had never visited. Not only was the visit impressive, I left with a new Triumph after generously given a chance to take a demo ride.

Purchased my current BMW new from Engle Motors in Feb of 1992 and have owned it for 27+ years. I have purchased all my tires and most of my accessories from them. In the fall of 2018 my Beemer needed some serious love. The transmission output bearing failed and it was quickly diagnoised. While in there the loose floppy timing chain was replaced and the oil leaks fixed. New piston rings were installed. This major refresh took about 2 weeks as parts had to be acquired. The bill for the servicing was fair. When the bike was done it ran, sounded and looked like new. Had to take it back for a hose that was not installed properly and it was fixed promptly and for no charge. Ed at the sevice desk is knowledgeable and listens to you. If you don't understand something he does his best to explain what confuses you. At a recent open house went in, didn't spend a dime but was treated royally. Great place to do business
