Friendly check-in and tasty breakfast as expected. I enjoyed the evening lobby tea service the Element has recently addedThis hotel is across the street from the sanctuary of Church of the Resurrection, making it extra convenient for events at the church. Abundant suburban amenities are nearby, and if you look there will be a few local places as well.

I'd say this place was inconsiderate of my wedding guests is an understatement!! House keeping waking up our guests 8am by loudly and I mean forcefully clicking the keys on the doors...asking if we wanted towels...um no. Towels should have been delivered timely the day prior and if they werent my guests would call to get some delivered... we were mad when it happened the first morning and furious when it happened the second morning. Then breakfast.... Not allowing for just eggs in the morning without the crunchy toastada... just rude. HELLO I'm the BRIDE! When my guest called to book their room they had to call multiple times!!!! Bc computers were down, staff said they would call back and didn't! Then I check out, tried to charge my guest for additional nights!!!! The hotel actually booked soccer team when they already had two weddings booked for that weekend.... so unacceptable. We had booked room blocks over a year prior. Pool was freezing cold, no hot tub. The 2 beautiful, outdoor fireplaces at the hotel BOTH didn't work. it's LAUGHABLE!This place was just inconsiderate of basically everything. It's laughable but like not. You only get married once I was pretty disappointing.

We had a good stay. The breakfast was made to order egg white breakfast taco that rocked. The staff were all really nice. Their prices are really good the the little kitchen has everything you need. The room across the hall had a dog barking for hours. The front desk said everything was fine and the owner was on their way. The bed had a strange blonde hair in it. I have dark hair.

So far, so good. I am having an extended stay here and have been very happy overall. Not only with the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the room, but the available accommodations. I am here for just under two weeks and the kitchenette doesn't feel dirty or outdated (which seems to happen in some hotels), nor does it feel like the centerpiece of the room. The aesthetics are newer with a nod to a mcm vibe. There is an indoor saltwater pool, washer and dryer available, a decent gym, an evening happy hour in the lobby, nearby restaurants and a CVS. Breakfast is offered daily, but my real fav is the espresso machine.

The element is usually so clean. This time the room seemed spotless until you drop something and the dirt, food and grime under the couch is disgusting. At this point I was afraid to use anything in the kitchen. I have stayed at element before and normally a nice place to stay. The walls seemed thin as I heard people walking above me and the loud vacuum early in the morning. I will stay at an Element again but will check everything out first - sheets, under furniture door knobs etc.
