El Maguey

Cute little Mexican restaurant. We were seated right away. The chips and salsa were very good. I ordered the #7 combination plate which was an enchilada and chile relleno and came with rice and beans only I ordered all beans and they gave me all rice, oh well mistakes happen. The nice waiter ended up bringing me some beans. Everything was very tasty and seasoned just right. I just don't care much for rice. All in all, it was great Mexican food and I will definitely be back again.

Love this place! The staff are friendly, the food is great, and the drinks are mighty tasty. I even forgot our wallet at home during one night out. I waited and my wife went to drive and grab it. Staff were still courteous and attentive. One of my fave restaurants beside China Wok in the Boardwalk location. Highly recommend!

we enjoy coming here with large parties because they are very accommodating with the space they have as well as the service. The employees here are very friendly and helpful and accommodating large groups and we never have an issue.We love their tacos and enchiladas. my kids are fan of their quesadillas and all of their desserts. This is one restaurant that we can all go to and agree as a family. We have used their carry out service a couple of times in the food is always prepared fresh and makes at home still warm.

Yum! Great food! Quick service. We are here for the first time and will be back. I'd say it's more authentic Mexican than Tex mex.We enjoyed the chips and salsa and our entrees!

Hidden gem in the Northland. Not sure how I missed this place all these years. Salsa has a good flavor and a little kick. We ordered pico de gallo which was tasty. I had a strawberry daiquiri. They offered to sugar the rim but I declined. It was a nice bowl shaped stem and delicious cocktail. Dinner was the steak tips Chimmi. It was a pretty plate presentation. Staff was friendly and attentive. We will be back. This is my new favorite Mexican restaurant.

Eaten here 3 times and we usually have a big party so they are able to accommodate.Food is good beer is cold and they always have the game on. Good atmosphere very family friendly. I order something different every time but can't go wrong with the burritos.

Our group went for dinner and the food was great. We had chips and salsa and ordered 2 chicken tostadas and a guacamole salad and it was way to much food for me to eat. Food was fresh and hot with big portions and I tried my hand on a bloody Maria and it had just enough spice. We will definitely come back.

Ordered take-out and to say they screwed up the order is an understatement. Was very specific about an allergy and there it is full of it in the food, ironically enough, it's not even listed as an ingredient on the menu. Not to mention the food was cold and lacking any flavor from the bite I had before I realized their major f*ck up and had to toss the whole thing in the trash!

First time here tonight and WOW! great food, fast and friendly service, and great portions for the price! Chips were hot and fresh, salsa was flavorful, cheese dip was tasty. I had the Enchiladas Suizas which was amazing and my husband and son had the El Toriado which they devoured! Absolutely will be going back!

food is amazing! everything comes out fresh and out, the chips and salsa are my favorite mexican restaurant chips and salsa. The service is great and the staff are quick to serve you and are very kind. the building may look like a hole in the wall from the outside but the inside is clean and welcoming.
