Love it every time. Best authentic in Mexican restaurant in town. The restaurant has beautiful decorations and painted tables. The food always comes out fast with friendly service. One of my favorite dishes is Chile Colorado. It has a deep toasted chili flavor that is phenomenal. You can get beef or pork, they are both good. Cheers everyone at El Jimador for doing a great job.

We had supreme Enchiladas. 3 different Enchiladas, 1 concealed cheese, cold. 1 chicken, ok. 1 beef, smelled awful. Foot not hot, cheese not melted. Rice had zero flavor. Chips & salsa arrived first, chips had sugar in place of salt on them. Salsa came out of the bottle in a glug. The meal had no redeeming factors. It was terrible.

Was on a trip from out of state and was craving Mexican food. If you want authentic Mexican food, this place is NOT it. I ordered the carne asada plate and it was recommended by the waiter. Boy was that a mistake. Carne asada is a red meat. When cooked, it turns dark. It is not supposed to be WHITE!! What I was served was either pork or another white meat. They tried to cover it up with onions. Beans were out of a can. Rice was bland. Salsa tasted like jar salsa mixed with more tomatoes. Tortillas are store bought and still smell of the plastic bag they were in. This was a horrible meal. The only good thing was the fountain soda. I am Hispanic and know good Mexican food and this definitely is not it. It is pretty sad how this restaurant serves its customers this type of low quality product. My recommendation os to STAY AWAY!
