It looks like Abarrotes y Carniceria El Güero has expanded. The meat market seems larger, with more selection. The groceries are a bit better organized, too. Good selection of Mexican spices -- I came home with several cello packs of ground dried shrimp which is a great flavoring ingredient for Mexican and Brazilian dishes, and even for American ones like jambalaya or gumbo! I'll be back. For those not familiar with Olathe, take I-35 to Old 56 Highway and head west. Turn right at Harrison and go past Dennis (the next parallel street north) and you'll find El Güero in the little strip mall.
